POV: Taro

I still can't believe she is gone. But, It's a new day. I'll find Aio and tell him the news. I need to protect him from Info. I won't lose my only friend left. It's only the second day. Why is this happening to me? I never did anything to deserve this. Look there!

"AIO!" I yell.

"Good-morning Taro."

"I need to tell you something... "

"What is it? You look like you didn't sleep."

Well, he's right. I didn't sleep.

"My best friend... She was murdered."

I can feel the tears coming back.

"Hey, hey. It's okay... You still have me and Info."

"Y-your right.," I say while sniffing.

"Let's get to school."

"Okay," I say.

I need to keep Aio away from Info. How can I do that? They seem like such close friends.

"Let's stop by the cafe. It might cheer you up a bit," suggests Aio.

"That sounds nice."

"Hello. I am Jino. What would you like to order?" asks the worker.

"I'd like to get a vanilla latte and a cake pop," says Aio.

"I will get the steamed milk and a warmed croissant."

We get our stuff and start to head out of the cafe. Then my heart drops.

"Good morning guys."

It's Info. Hurt her. She is the reason Heita is gone. No. I am not completely sure it was her.

"H-hi. Let's go Aio," I say, grabbing his arm and walking off.

"Uh, bye Info. See you at school."

"Bye?" says Info.

We start walking to school slowly and awkwardly.

"What was that about?" asks Aio.

"I think it was Info that killed Heita."

"Really? I have known her for a long time. I couldn't even think of her doing something as horrible as that. I mean there was blood on the walls and couch."

"I never told you about how much blood there was... "

"Oh, I thought you did. Heh."

Was it him? No, it couldn't be Aio. I'm just overthinking things. Don't trust him. But he is so kind.

"Well, I wanted to ask you something."

"Um, sure. What is it?"

"Promise you won't be disgusted in me?"

"Yeah... I promise."

Is he going to tell me he killed Heita? 

"I am gay."

"Y-you're gay? Well... um..."

"I am sorry. I should've never told you."

"No, no. I accept you since I am bisexual."

"Really?"

Why did you tell him? He will betray you. No, he won't. I trust him. Secrets are not supposed to be shared.

"Yeah. So let's be proud of ourselves."

"I also want to talk to you at lunch. Meet me at the cherry blossom tree in the back of the school."

"Sure, I'll be there."

"Now I gotta get to class. Bye!"

"Bye Aio!"

Maybe he is going to confess to me. Stupid, he doesn't love you. He just wanted to get your secret to expose you. No. Like I said. I trust him. But, maybe I like him. What am I thinking? I have only known him for like one day. Well, people can catch love just like a cold. It could take as little as an hour or a day. Do I love him? Or do you fear him?
