After Karna and Duryodhana befriended, their friendship became famous. Still, Duryodhana's hatred grew more and more toward the Pandavas.
They plotted a plan to kill them all and so Duryodhana said his Father Dritaradhtra to send the Pandavas to VARNAVRATA for the Shiva festival where there will be a palace made for them. And He agreed. Then happy, Duryodhana went to Karna and Shakuni who were plotting a plan.
Duryodhana - (laughs evil laughter) Ah haan haa haan ha ha!! When the Pandavas will enter this palace they will burn down to ashes! :/
Karna- Mitr are u sure we are killing them all with like this? This is not the sign of bravery, if we are brave we should fight them face to face.
Shakuni- Mere bacche Karna , we cannot always be running behind them to kill them and this is the best way ever.
Dushasana- U are right Mamashree!
The plan was that Indraprastha the Pandavas have to go and they will be given a palace to live , a house of lac, which will burn completely down to ashes in a minute. And the day came when Pandavas were sent and Kunti acme along too. But Vidur was aware, he sent them a bagfull of Wheat and in that a mouse 🐀. They all arrived and set there things aside and did the Pooja Path and finally set to eat.
There was Purochan a servant who was gonna fire the palace. He put poison in the food so they die completely. But this happened-
"When the Pandavas were feeding their mouse, he ate a bite and died and they now knew it was poisoned. They also saw the pillars melting bcoz of the diyas near them. They quickly made everyone aware and there also came a woman with her 5 children who slept there only. It is believed in most cases that the Pandavas left their astras there to show they were dead and fired the palace. The fire spreaded too quickly so they had to find a way as everything was burning. They got scratches but saved themselves and their mother by finding a secret passage vidur built them. Purochan and the woman with her children died , everyone believing these were the Pandavas."
