The True Omega (Taekook)

Prologue

In a world where humans lived the happiest lives they could, they had no idea what was going on behind their backs. By following their own laws and society rules, humans truly live their lives with the saying, "ignorance is bliss" to describe them, because what they're missing, is this whole other universe right under their noses.

Ah, yes, living in packs in the shadows, forests, and woods; was the universe of the werewolves. Now, a lot of stories of werewolves tend to be described as either 'Twilight' versions or the 'Teen Wolf' series everyone watches and reads about. Now the werewolves from this story are a bit different. Mind you, they do still howl at the moon and shift into wolf form and all that shit, but that's not all they can do. There are many different types of werewolves.

There are four ranks, (at least in this story), the ranks are: Alpha, Beta, omega, and the True Omega. The first three ranks are common.

Alpha's tend to be a more dominant wolf, their physical wolf form is bigger than the average, and most if not, all alpha wolves end up being the leaders of their pack.

Beta's are more neutral, their wolf is more of an average size, and usually the betas of the pack become warriors, if not second in command to the alpha, to be there when the alpha ever needs them.

Omega's tend to be more of the submissive wolves, their wolf forms tend to be a little smaller than the average wolf, and a lot of the time's, they would be with the wolf pups and all of the younger kids and taking care of them. It's this whole secret community of packs and working together in peace and harmony.

Although, like humans have religions and believe in either God, or many Gods; the werewolves believe in a special someone called the Moon Goddess.

Now, the Moon Goddess is worshipped by these werewolves, and that's because she gave them all life. She's the protector of the werewolves, and not only them, but nature as well. She keeps the balance in nature and peace in the world.

However, there's always a catch to these so-called perfect worlds. You see, the Moon Goddess is a goddess, yes, but she is not completely immortal.

Once upon a time, as all these drama legends start as, she fell in love when she first started taking on the responsibilities in order to keep the world at peace.

She was very powerful, and still is, but she was young, naïve; she had that type of innocence where she never experienced heart break or true sorrow.

When she fell in love with a certain someone, he was a human. Now this was rare, foreign even, because humans should have never, and should never, know about the enchanted world in order to keep peace and balance.

Although, who could really blame the moon goddess? She was in love and she thought she found her soulmate; she couldn't just ignore what her heart desired.

So, she told him everything, including the power that she had.

He wanted it.

He wanted it all, and because she loved him so, she gave up half her immortality to him, so they could live their happy ending.

Except there was no happy ending.

Instead, her 'lover' got power hungry, he took the power and her love to his advantage, causing chaos, war, and mayhem.

One night, before all hell broke loose, she and her 'lover' had a very passionate night. It was full of love, at least from her side. After that night between them, shit went through the roof. Like there was an actual war. A battle between them, full of heartbreak and sorrow.

So, he left.

He left and hasn't appeared since.

He's an ass.

He left one thing behind though, the one thing that ended up being so precious to the moon goddess and the one thing that would defeat his darkness once and for all...

Their baby.

A beautiful baby boy, one that would be a true omega, born from the goddess herself, and the next heir to bring peace and balance back to the world again.

Well that's the prologue.
