~3 months later, October 2016~

"I'm home." Camila smiled as she entered the household.

"Hi, I'm sorry I couldn't fetch you." Lauren frowned as she walked by the door to place a kiss on Camila's lips.

"It's ok, You're working duh." Camila giggled as she wrapped her arms around Lauren's neck. The two were currenly living together at the moment. Lauren had rented an apartment along Pacific Palisades and offered Camila to live with her instead of driving back and forth to Malibu, Even both families were fine with the idea.

"What do you wanna eat?" Lauren asked as she closed the door behind Camila before walking back to her table.

"Don't worry about it, I'll cook for dinner." Camila smiled as she kissed Lauren's forehead.

"I'll help you in a few, I just need to finish this software." Lauren mumbled. Things were moving fast, but both girls didn't mind. They enjoyed each other's company.

Lauren had been working for one of the most known company around the area and is currently developing a new software. Camila smiled at the sight of her girlfriend, she had a lollipop in between her lips. A silent indication that she was stressed. Lauren had been smoke-free for the whole 3 months now, and Camila couldn't be more proud.

"Take a picture, it'll last longer." Lauren teased as she saw Camila from her peripheral view.

"I already did." Camila grinned as she continued to cook, the brunette was doing well in her studies and Lauren couldn't be more amazed at her. Camila was lucky to have 3 to 4 classes everyday for 4 and a half days, While Lauren worked for a good four days. During Fridays, both of them spend the weekends in Malibu in different houses of course.

"Lauser!" Dinah greeted as she appeared from Lauren's phone.

"Hey Dmac!" The Polynesian had to stop for the semester due to complications, Dinah stayed in Hawaii for the rest of the Semester because her grandmother was sick and no one other than her could do the job.

"Where's Walz?"

"Cooking dinner." Lauren replied as she handed Camila her phone before working again.

"I miss you so much you crazy woman."

"I don't." Camila teased as she continued to prepare dinner. The two continued to converse when the call dropped due to another incoming call, Lauren quickly recognized the ringtone and looked at Camila.

"Lucy Vives." Camila read out, the name sounded familiar but she couldn't quite remember where she heard it, the call stopped and Camila was brought to their conversation. A few seconds later, the phone rang again.

"I'll take that." Lauren said as she walked over to Camila and answered the call, walking away from the brunette and outside the apartment.

"Lucy.." Camila repeated as she tried to remember who it was. The name only made sense became familiar when Lauren walked into the house with a grin on her face.

"You're happy talking to her." Camila mumbled without looking at Lauren.

"She called about the software." Lauren chuckled as she pointed at her project.

"She's the client for this software." Camila nodded without taking a look at her.

"Camz?" Lauren asked when Camila didn't respond to her, the brunette gave her hum in response.

"You're not mad are you?" Lauren asked obliviously.

"Babe." the raven said as she placed a hand on Camila's shoulder.
