Living A Lie- 19 Years (Drarry)

Chapter 6

It was a struggle: neither of them were going to lie. There were days that they would just argue, days they would cry and make up, and others full of love. That period latest a month, the storm calming down outside the house and inside too. How that was all resolved? Harry shouting Because I love you! In the middle of an arguement of: why are you with me?

All noise ceased to exist as Draco dropped the pillow he was going to throw at Harry. The blonde jumped into Harry's arms, crying on his shoulder and whispering his love back, laced in apologies Harry immediate returned. Ever since that day, they hadn't argued since and Harry pinned their arguments down to insecurities.

The Weasley's didn't speak to Harry again, along with Hermione, but Harry learnt to live with that. Dean, Seamus and Neville kept in contact and Harry learnt they named their kid Angel Molly Thomas.

Several years later, James had left the house and moved in with his long-term girlfriend he'd had since third year (Draco and Harry found out in fifth) leaving Scorpius and Albus who bickered like brothers for Draco and Harry to deal with. They were a mini version of themselves, meaning they argued a lot as teenagers.

Several years after Draco and Harry became a couple, Draco proposed to Harry. Their wedding was nothing big: close friends and Narcissa sitting in the audience. Over the years, Harry had become specifically closer to Neville and (surprising himself) Su Li, who was a former Ravenclaw at their school. She joined Pandora and Susan in running the Wizarding Orphanage Harry started.

As their plus ones, Scorpius introduced them to Ash as his boyfriend instead of friend. James and Draco gave Ash a very strict talking to, and Harry and Albus welcomed him in. Albus' plus one was Gigi, the girl Draco had grew fond of. Being three years younger than Albus, she was just fresh out of school at 19 and he was 22. Still, they treated her like a part of the family.

Walking Draco down the isle was Narcissa- they decided that because Harry didn't really have anyone to do so, that Draco would. As bridesmaids there was Daphne, Pansy, Pandora, and Blaise (because you're the girl in the relationship Theo had told him).

For the honeymoon, all Harry could remember was their bed in the hotel... what a great two weeks.

There were many arguments and one almost broke them up. Harry can remember that day, when the Prophet published him making out with a girl at a bar. Draco couldn't stop crying and made Harry move out for a week. The Raven-haired man demanded a trial for the woman, revealing that some crazed fan-girl put her and her boyfriend up to it for a hundred thousand galleons.

For a whole day, Harry and Draco stayed in their bed after the trail: Draco apologising while crying and Harry's soothing him saying it wasn't Draco's fault.

It was Albus and Scorpius' final year at school too. Being opinionated, young men, they both took their birth fathers sides. It created a large divide in the family that Harry desperately wanted to fix. It got so far, that Draco was thinking about filing for a divorce. Thankfully, it hadn't come to that due to Harry's titles when he requested a trial.

They were living a lie, but now all they know is true family, true happiness. And most importantly: true love.
