Please don't judge my writing in these chapters 😂 I wrote them a long time ago, before my writing improved. There will also be mistakes xx

This was the first book written on my laptop. Not Wattpad, but my laptop that I've had for quite a few years. All I did was copy and paste it.

Draco and Narcissa didn't move from their seats. Their hands squeezed the other it was hard to tell who's grip was more fierce. Narcissa had tears freely running down her face, but Draco had to stay strong for himself and his mother. If he started to cry, he may not stop for days.

Nobody knew of what he did during the battle, apart from the people he helped. Every person he helped during the war times had been a witness for him, he didn't know people cared for him.

"When Mr. Olivander and I were in the cells at Malfoy Manor, Draco would sneak us food when he could. He even stayed and talked to me when I got lonely. When the Death Eaters would... roughen us up... he came down and healed us, but placed glamours incase somebody checked." Luna stated.

"I had Mr. Olivander analyse Draco Lucius Malfoy's wand. It showed he used a calming charm when I was at the manor." Granger showed her arm openly. 'MUDBLOOD' was still imprinted in her arm, the flesh visible- it couldn't scab over. Disgust, horror, seething hatred spewed through the room. People were looking at Malfoy like he was the one who did this. "I didn't realise, until I got confirmation on the wand and the time the spells were used, but Mal-Draco used a calming spell on me. Bellatrix Lestrange was torturing me to talk where I got the sword from, the pain hurt when I lied, but then it calmed. I thought I got good at it. Looking back on the memory, Draco had his wand out pointing at me. He wasn't saying anything, but his eyes and wand were concentrated on me."

Olivander was brought in and accepted Veritaserum to test the truth. He confirmed everything Hermione said about the spells. Even said that he never used the killing curse. Somehow, even the fact he didn't kill anyone with any spell.

"I was there the night at the Astronomy tower. He tried to kill Dumbledore two times prior, once with a Cursed necklace and another with oak-matured mead. However, he was not properly trying."
"Mr. Potter, that isn't helping his case."

He ignored the interruption, "He could have done something directly to Dumbledore when they were alone, I know he had multiple opportunities because the man told me. Not once did Draco Malfoy perform a single spell on him directly prior to the night on the tower-"

"So he did use an offensive spell on Dumbledore?"
"I'm getting to that part miss. The night at the tower, Dumbledore stuck me to the floor in under part of the stairs, but I could still see. Draco had at least five minutes to curse Dumbledore but he did not. The exact words he used was 'I have to do it... I have to kill you... or he's going to kill me... he's going to kill my family.' 'He' obviously referring to Voldemort." Draco, Narcissa and a few people on the Wizengamot flinched, "He had a while to kill Dumbledore, but he never said the curse."

"He has The Mark!" Draco instinctively reached for his arm.
"Yes he does, but not willingly. If he did not take the mark, himself and his mother would be executed. Furthermore, I would like to state the fact Voldemort and his Death Eaters were living in the Manor. This means that he had no way he could escape because his mother would be killed if he did. If him and his mother escaped, his father would be murdered by Voldemort's Death Eaters when the inevitable break-out occured."
"That does not excuse the fact he has it!"
