"Make that a double," Dan said sitting at the counter of my bar.

"No problem." I poured his double shot and passed it to him.

"Hey," said a familiar voice, "heard you've got half price drinks tonight."

I smiled. "Stan."

"Hiya, James," Stan said sitting on the stool next to Dan. "Been a while."

"Got that right," I chuckled. It had been few years at that point since I'd met up with Stan during the spring break I'd learned of Ford's death. Long enough for me to save money and buy the old bar on the edge of Gravity Falls, the very place Ford had told me we'd retire together. "What'll it be?"

"Scotch. Rocks."

"No problem." I poured his drink. Dan left the payment for his drinks on the counter and left.

"I brought you something." Stan produced a small photo frame from his coat and set it on the counter. "I know these last few years have been hard on you with the loss of my brother and I found it in the attic." He sighed. "I know that the anniversary of you finding out may not be the best day to give it to you but... It seemed better than never."

I slid Stan his drink and picked up the framed photo. It was a photo of Stanford and Stanley that I had taken at our senior prom. Ford had received a cup of fruit punch to the face for asking a girl to dance and Stan had thrown his own cup over his head in support of his brother, ruining both of their suits.

"I understand if you don't want it since I'm-"

"Thank you." I set it on the counter behind me. I poured myself a shot and leaned against the counter. "To Ford."

Stan raised his cup. "To Ford." We drank.

I sighed as I washed my shot glass and refilled Stan's glass. I picked up the picture again. "This means a lot to me, Stan."

"Sixer would've wanted you to have it."

"Your drinks are on me, tonight."

"Thanks, James." Stan looked at his cup, hanging his head as I moved on to serve others.
