Sunshine, (READ DESCRIPTION)

"Melody"

"Hey Ryuji do you need-"

"Don't let her get away!"

The cat ran between your legs and out of the bathroom. He sighs and you both quickly chased around the house after the cat.

"What happened?" You asked while looking around, "The water scared her and she hid." He says looking under the couch. "Found her. Hikari, get on the other side." He says motioning you over, "On the count of 3, grab her." You nod and crouched down.

3!

He reached for the cat and it came running towards you. "Got it-

The cat rammed into your face, digging its claws into your cheeks. You yelped and finally it released it's claws. Ryuji quickly came over and you handed him the cat, "Are you okay?" He asks turning his attention to you. "Y-Yea.." You touched your face and felt a scratch.

"Let's just let her chill in the bathroom, that scratch doesn't look too good." He says then heading to the bathroom.

After waiting awhile on the couch, he finally comes back with an First Aid Kit. "It's gonna sting." He says then placing the alcohol wipe onto the scratch, you yelled and flinched away.

"Told you. It'll only be for a little bit, relax." He says while holding your face, you sighed and looked into his eyes as he cleaned up the wound. "There, it should be fine now." He says closing the kit. "Thanks..should we give the cat a bath now?" He nods and you both made your way to the bathroom.

"So dirty.." You muttered while adding more soap to her fur, "She's still a kitten I believe." He says while picking the fleas out of it's fur.

"What should we name her?" You asked turning to him, "Um..I don't know..any ideas..?" You think for a bit until one name came up. "Melody?" The cat turned to you and meowed, "That's nice, she likes it too." He chuckles.

"You gonna keep it?" You said while washing away the soap, "Hopefully my dad won't mind. I'm sure he won't though." He says laughing a bit. You blushed by his laugh, it was so cute..

"Well, she's all clean now!" You said after drying Melody down. "I think I'll take her to the vet after school on Monday, did you wanna come along?" You smiled and nod.

"Alright, what do you wanna do now?" He asks,  you stood there and thought for a bit. "Do you have a piano?" He nods and motions you to follow.

He leads you to a room with an piano. "Woah..it's nice!" You said then sitting down on the chair, "Do you know how to play?" He asks sitting down next to you. "Eh...no..not really.." You nervously chuckled.

"I'll teach you."

"First, back straight." He says placing his hand on your back and lightly pushing it, making you sit up straight. Your face grew red by his touch.

"Now place your hands on these keys." He then takes your hands and placed them onto the correct piano keys. "Let's do the basics, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star." He says changing the notes. "Hey I'm not a little kid!" You exclaimed.

"You surely act like one." He teased. You rolled your eyes and followed what was instructed.

Finally you were able to play the song without any mistakes, "I did it!" You cheered leaning back but forgetting that there wasn't a back to the chair. "W-Woah!" You tried catching yourself but failed, suddenly you felt something holding you up. "Careful." You realized that Ryuji had caught you.

"T-Thanks.." He nods and you sat back up. Suddenly, Melody jumped onto the piano and began walking across the keys. "Wow Melody, you're a pro at this." You laughed as she looked at the piano keys confused.

"No jumping onto the piano." He says setting her down back onto the floor. "It's getting late..l-let me walk y-you home..?" You smiled and nod.
