After the match ended, with Hinata getting scolded for wanting to play another round, everyone decided to help clean up. This gave time for both the teams to talk to each other. I have been looking for the opportunity so I could speak to their libero, but I couldn't seem to find one. He was talking to Sugawara and I'm not so sure how to butt in.
Then Noya came up to him, I'm not so sure what he had said but the other libero tensed up at first then eventually relaxed. My opportunity to join in on the conversation.
"Hi! I'm (Y/N) (L/N)!!"
I heard gasps from the gymnasium. For once I thought I would go unnoticed. They were all staring at me, so was the libero in front of me. He tensed up quite a bit and the Karasuno members were ready to defend me.
"Ah! I-is that so?"
"Mhm! I was watching you as you played!!"
Oops! That sounded a little sus. Great, what an impression.
"I'm Morisuke Yaku, Nekoma's libero."
"I was wondering if I could ask for some tips. I may be on the National team but, I still could learn a thing or two!"
"Uh, sure, I would love to help out!"
"Oi, talk later we still have to clean"
"Ok!"
Morisuke was carrying a pole but it seemed like the one who was going to help him ditched.
"Let me help with that,"
"Oh, um sure."
I held the back part of the pole and walked with him to the closet. I could feel stares at both of us but I didn't mind. I just hope it isn't that bad for him too. After we put the pole down, I continued a conversation with Morisuke.
"So, Morisuke, mind to introduce me to the others?"
He looked at me, I am not good with words and I talk a lot, not the best conversation.
"I-I, I'm not some flirt! I promise! I just saw how interesting your team is and I want to be friends!"
"I-I see,"
We both walked back but we first stood in line to give our thanks. Nekoma changed first since Karasuno decided to meet up and discuss. As the team (Karasuno) was changing, I walked up to Nekoma and formally introduced myself.
"Eh? Like (L/N) (Y/N)?? The one on the National team??"
"Who else would it be?"
"Woah, we actually get to meet you huh,"
They started asking a lot of questions and honestly, I started to panic. That's when Kenma started talking.
"So noisy....."
That made them shut up. Wow, the power Kenma has in the team. I'm glad I met him anyway.
"Morisuke-kun, can I talk to you for a minute?"
"Sure,"
We went outside, if the Karasuno members were here, Tanaka would already have walked up and picked a fight.
"I wanted to learn more from you, you have a good eye on the ball. Your defense is so amazing! There's barely any holes in it! It seems like you guys can read the players too! That's so amazing!!"
I was ranting about how good they were on the court, he probably expected me to be a little different. My public figure was always called 'composed'. While that is partially true, that's only me on the court.
"Hey! Can I ask your number?"
"Eh?"
He blushed slightly as I already pulled out my phone. I wasn't taking no for an answer and I really wanted to be friends with him. But since he lives in Tokyo, I wouldn't be able to reach him as often as I would want to. The same goes for Kenma.
As he took my phone, more likely me shoving my phone in his hands, he started typing. I was getting all excited with the thought of having another libero friend that can relate to my side on volleyball. It was important for me to see another person's view of the court, especially a libero like me!
"and saved, let see..."
I was looking at him to give him a nickname, like all the people I named in my contacts. I looked at his hair, then his face....hmmm, what would be-
"Strawberry!"
"what-?"
"Can I call you strawberry?"
He froze on the spot. What an unusual request from someone he just met. People usually only give others nicknames when they are close. Before he could answer, Daichi was already calling me.
"I have to go, I'll text you, strawberry-kun!"
I ran off to meet up with the team. We exited the gym as we encountered Kuroo and some other members. I smiled at Kenma who nodded back at me. Kuroo and Daichi were staring at each other. You could notice both teams were being competitive. 'Just like the old days, huh'
As they finished having a little chat, I tapped Kenma's shoulder. I looked at him and smiled, 'Until next time'. He understood and gave me a faint smile as I removed my hand that was on his shoulder.
"Say Kenma, how did you meet (Y/N)"
"Who knows..."
I heard the two speak as we walked back to the bus. I sat on the window seat and waved goodbye. I was sitting next to Kiyoko since it was best to avoid sitting with the others. As minutes passed, the others fell asleep. I took the opportunity and snapped photos of each one of them.
I stopped my phone when the camera landed on Nishinoya's face. He was snoring, cute. Instead of taking a pic, I just stared at the phone, admiring his relaxed self. He did a good job today, he really did.

Kiyoko looked up at (Y/N) who was kneeling on the seat to take pictures. When she saw (Y/N) smiling fondly, she peeked at who she was staring at. Kiyoko smiled as her Kouhai was falling for someone.
"(Y/N), did you take pictures of everyone?"
"AH!, I- yea wait let me just."
(Y/N) stuttered and quickly took a picture of Noya. Kiyoko closed her eyes and hummed and (Y/N) stared at her then back at her phone. (Y/N) was disappointed to see blurry pictures of Noya, except one. It was when a strand of his hair fell. (Y/N) stared at the photo and smiled. They closed their eyes and put the phone on their chest.
Kiyoko opened her eyes and saw (Y/N) half asleep with the phone tightly held. She gave a small giggle as she drifted off to sleep.
