you sigh, Scarlett was going on and on about how you are the devil himself. it was already giving you a headache and you hadn't even been there five minutes, it's Scarlett's only talent, being a nuisance.
"Zion, why do you like talk to (Y/N) she's such a wannabe," Scarlett smirks over at you.
how hypocritical you thought to yourself, you a wannabe? Scarlett is the one constantly going out of her way to impress Zion.
you spoke, starting a conversation with Eugene, you were tired of glaring at Scarlett every time she insulted you. "So, you seem hungry." you smile softly at the blonde male, "Yeah! it feels like ages since I last ate, (Y/N)!" he proceeded to stuff his face in buns.
"You're gonna get diabetes." you laughed softly, "Yes, I totally didn't know that, (Y/N)," he said sarcastically.

It was nearly midnight, and you were about to get up to go see Zion, you heard an audible knock on your door. you open the door to see who without insomnia would even be up, right now? you forced a smile hiding the groan of irritation that you wanted to let out.
"Did you need something?" you asked the blonde female, towering over you with a neutral expression. Scarlett could still be planning something, but at least she wasn't smirking like the petty girl she is.
"Listen, I'm not going to repeat myself okay?" she said staring down at you in disgust, well it wasn't surprising either. "Do you like Zion," she asked, this was the petty question? she could've said it anytime.
"No, he's an asshole." you stated nonchalantly, "Good if you do. I'll hurt you," she smirks leaving you in the dark hallway.

after the conversation, you waited until you were sure, she was gone. you snuck up the rooftop, without a jacket while the adrenaline was still rushing through your body.
"You finally came. I thought you ditched me, kid," he said slightly impatient with you, at least tonight. "Sorry, Scarlett talked, with me, earlier," you said, your (E/C) meeting his golden ones apologetically.
"It's fine." he dropped it, how weird? Zion would be the type to add sarcastic remarks.
Sorry it's a bit short but I spent a while, thinking of how to have zion sarcastic but not too sarcastic and how to have scarlett be petty but not really spreading rumors yk?
