Ellie Williams Imagines - The last of Us

"They call them dreams this isn't reality"

Me and Ellie decided to lay in a grass field tonight to have a talk since we were kind of drifting apart because she has been busier than expected. She seemed annoyed I was asking her at first but then she could see the seriousness in my face and I guess that made her understand my concern.

Once the darkness opened up and the stars were everywhere I found Ellie playing her guitar in her room and stood at the door and waited until she could see my shadow. As she slowly turned around setting her guitar down she walked over and hugged me as she threw me over her shoulder and kept walking.

I squealed as she ran out to the field with me still over her shoulder and she dropped me into the soft grass laying beside my figure. Her laughing died down as she saw the stars and I rested my head on her shoulder in the comfortable silence.

"So what did you want to talk about babe."

"I don't know El I just wanted to be with you since I feel like we haven't talked lately..."

"Reasonable I have been kind of an asshole about that and not making time for you....I'm sorry."

"It's ok right? Cause you're here with me now"

We both laid beside each other in silence again for a minute adoring our time spent together

Ellie finally spoke about something on her mind

"I've always wondered what life was like before the pandemic and what we would be like"

"I've always wondered that too."

"I can imagine us in a nice house preferably those nice light blue ones that I've only seen run down, but they are the old school houses. They have the windows with nice trim and fancy shaped windows in general.
I have never watched an actual TV station and I don't think you have either unless you were older than me.
But I can see us in a nice house cuddled up watching TV together once I found a magazine that said everything about marriage but trust me I've asked Joel every question about what it was like. I feel like we would have been so peaceful together living in our house without violence, without infected."

"Aw Ellie i would love it we just gotta hope one day it all goes back to normal one day we kill all of them and it's all over"

"If we had a wedding babe I would want the colors to be purple and white what do you think?"

"No I want navy blue and white you look good in blue El."

"Blue is kind of my color you're right anyways I would want Joel to be the flower man and then JJ Dina's baby could be the ring bearer. Then when we would have after service or reception we would play all our favorite songs when we finally found more records."

"This really would be the perfect wedding."

"Hell yeah it would."
