I heard a knock on the door making me stir waking up, the sunlight peaked from the curtain shinning directly at my face from the sofa were I sat, I stood up as I stretched making the shirt go up making me pull it down quickly, I walked to door opening it, thinking it's Damian I started talking

"look, I didn't mean-"

"uh, Luna?"

my eyes snapped up to see a girl about my age, she had deep brown hair with light brown eyes, wearing a plain black skater skirt with a large t-shirt, as she looked at me with a confused expression on her face

"uhh, hi? sorry I thought you were someone else" she seemed to snap out of her trance as she shook her head and grinned widely at me which I tried to return but turned out to be a confused smile

"hi! I'm Kari, the Alpha sent me here to help you to your room and help you get dressed and ready for today" she said with a chirpy voice, must be the bubbly type.

"uh, I'm Lashley, do you know where the alpha is?" where is he?"

"no, but I think he's probably in his office"

"when we're done with well... everything, can you take me there"

"I don't know..." she said her voice holding great uncertainty

"please" I said giving me my puppy eyes and let me tell you it works on everyone, no one can resist it, that's why it's a once in a live time thing

"c'mon let's get you cleaned up" she said tugging on my wrist pulling me to goddess

We kept walking taking turns here and there before we arrived at what seemed like a secluded area, making me feel conscious as I reached for my neck heaving a sigh of relief that the medallion was still round my neck, once we reached a white door, Kira opened it, entering it she pulled me in along with her, I stood there as I stood at the door of the rather large room, I'll be completely honest when I say the walls of this room were rather plain, at my room back home my walls were either filled with posters or medals and awards at the corner of the room I a few flower designs but let just say it turned out looking like a disfigured demon, but the scent that engulfed me was... what's the word divine, I quickly recognized it as mate's own, this is my mate's room, I felt my Flora purr at the back of my head making me smile and roll my eyes at the same time.

I looked at Kira to see her watching me with a knowing smirk on her face and I didn't blush, I just rolled my eyes and walked to the bed, I felt something prick my toe making me realize I didn't even have shoes on, making me jump holding my leg, hoping on one leg before I fell on the bed, I don't regret it one bit.

His scent was so intoxicating, his scent me and my wolf crazy, I wonder how he ta-, no, I shouldn't be getting comfortable, I should be planning my escape, it's better if I don't stay here, for the good of everyone.

I quickly shot up the bed, the pain long gone already, I looked at Kira to see her smirk drop, as she stared at me with confusion written on her face

"What am I doing here?" I asked calmly, I didn't want to lash out on her, I'm sure it wasn't her fault, probably my stupid alpha mate

"The alpha said I should bring you here for you to have a bath and get changed"
