Aaron's POV
I shivered.
"Are we close at all?" I asked, looking over at Katelyn who was holding the map.
"I think we'll be there tomorrow." She said, looking down. I groaned.
I want to see her now.
"What if we don't stop tonight?" I asked.
"Then we'll be there," She paused, "At about three hours before the sun rises."
"Let's go. We don't need rest." I crossed my arms.
"Pfft, you don't need rest. I do." Garroth chuckled.
"We can rest when we get there." I rolled my eyes.
"Then why not rest now?" Katelyn asked.
"I just want to be somewhat closer to her. I'm still really stressed. Irene only knows what they're doing to her." I groaned.
"Look, Aaron, we're all stressed about her. You have no reason to try and act like you're better than us because, guess what? You aren't." Garroth snapped.
"Are you really stressed about her, because if you were you would be wanting to get to her as fast as possible!" I yelled.
"You're so stressed out about the problem, you're just being a selfish little brat," Garroth responded.
"You, a**hole." I muttered.
"Oh, real mature. That's sad that that is your only comeback." Garroth rolled his eyes.
"Pfft, you know something that's sad? Being so undesirable that you try and get with a girl for years but it never works. I think that's a bit sad." I smirked.
"Wow, are you really using that against me? You couldn't get with her if you tried." Garroth gave me a smug little smirk.
"I didn't have to try." I chuckled.
"What does that mean?" Garroth raised his voice.
"She came onto me. I didn't have to do anything."
Everyone got quiet.
Well, crap...
