I woke up to my loud annoying clock. I slam my hand down on it hoping it would shut up and to my dismay it wouldnt. I got out of bed and turned it off. I looked at the clock and saw it read 7:00 AM. I sat up in bed and ran my hands over my face/. Sighing I went down stairs to eat some breakfast before I had to go to hell aka highschool.
"Hey mom" I said smiling and went to sit at the table with my already made eggs and toast.
"Hello sweetie ready for your first day of school?"
"Ugh not really. I just hope this year would hurry up and be over with" I said while taking a bit of my eggs.
"Honey you need to be more positive. If you dont hurry you will be late" She said shooing me off to my room.
"Yeah yeah whatever" I muttered
I went up to my room and started straightening my hair. After I finished I went to my walk in closet to get my black skinny jeans and my favorite band shirt, Muse. I slipped on my black vans and went back to my bathroom and did my makeup. I looked myself over once again to make sure everything was perfect. My blonde hair was straight, light blue eyes looked slightly bigger with the eyeliner around them and then at my ourfit. Great I thought as I grabbed my bag and jumped down the stairs 2 at a time.
I rushed out of the house to my V6 2011 Mustang. Yes my family is rich if you were wondering, but im not one of those people who like to brag about it. I turned it on and turned my radio on to the song Break by Three Days Grace playing. I sang along to the song as I went down the street to pick up my best friend Allison. I parked infront of her house and honked my horn. A couple minutes later Allison is running out of her house to my car. She jumps in and looks at me smiling.
"Hey Caitlyn I heard about Kristen and your brother"She smiled weakly while buckling her seat belt.
"I know! How did it get around school so fast? They only started dating again yesterday"
"This is highschool sweetheart" She said lightly patting my head.
"Ugh don't remind me. Im praying this year goes by fast"
"This is our senior year Caitlyn. How can you not be excited?" She looked at me like I had 3 heads.
"I don't know I just never liked school"
"Well put those boo who feelings aside and focus on being a senior!"
I rolled my eyes at her and she sighed.
"Caitlyn look I love you. Your my best friend and practically my sister so im telling you now you need to lighten up!"
"Yeah sure" I mumbled.
I turned into school and parked in my assigned parking spot infront of the entrance to the school. We got out of my car quickly and met infront of the car.
"Ah we are seniors!" Allison squealed.
"You are acting more like a freshman then a senior" (no offense to any freshmans!)
"Sorry if im excited about my last year" Se said sarcastically.
The bell rang and we hooked arms with each other and walked into Lake Bridge Highschoool.
