The Missing Rose

Leo wakes up and looks around. He notices that something's wrong in the house he just doesn't know what. He gets up and goes to the kitchen. He gets a class of water and drinks it. He looks around one more time and realizes that Rosalina is missing and goes to her room. He opens the door and sees everything is in a wreck. He rushes outside and looks around. He doesn't notice anything out of the ordinary. "What the hell what's going on? Wait I have an idea." Leo says to himself. He reaches around his head and takes the eye patch off. His eye starts moving around as if to see something.He closes his eyes. He uses the power he got from absorbing the devil's soul and opens his eyes. He is shocked he can actually see out of his right eye. He looked around and saw glowing footprints. "What are these tracks glowing for? Well I'm not going to question it I'm just going to follow them." Leo says. He follows the prints into the woods and keeps walking until he finds a large boulder. He lifts the boulder and sees a sign he knows all to well. He stars a spell and when he finishes the place where the symbol was the ground had crumbled away. "Someone is going to get seriously hurt." Leo says and dives down into the hole. When Leo lands he's in the underworld. He looks around and there are no demons around. He stands up and walks past a corridor and starts hearing a cluster of voices in a room. He pushes open the door with force and it sticks in the all. "Where is she? Tell me now." Leo says. "Or what? The devil is gone we know he lost." a lesser demon says. Leo punches the demon into the ground and its knocked unconscious. "Now tell me where she is." Leo demands. the other two demons point in a direction and Leo rushes down the new corridor. He goes on for a while thinking they might have tricked him. He starts to turn around but a scream catches his attention. "That was Rosalina." Leo says with concern. He rushes down the hall and finally sees a door. He opens the door and sees Rosalina standing there with fireballs hovering in her hands. She is in warrior mode. This means she won't stop killing until all demons in her line of sight are dead. Leo steps in and sees Argo. Argo is his bodyguard when he's out and about. "What's going on here?" Leo asks. "We don't have to keep the deal with God. The devil is dead." Argo says. "I gave the devil my word I would keep the deal going so to have to answer to me." Leo says. Leo prepares for battle when all of a sudden a fireball passes between him and Argo. "The only one to kill a demon will be me. That means both of you will die." Rosalina says. "What are you talking about?" Leo says. Before he can reason with her she shoots a fireball at Argo but he flees. Before Leo can catch him he has disappeared. "I'll get him later." Leo thinks to himself. All of a sudden a bunch of demons fill the room. Rosalina looks around and starts throwing fireballs randomly. She hits demon after demon when she gets to a young demon. She throws a fireball at the child demon but before it hits the demon Leo steps in front of the fireball and his whole abdomen burns. Leo falls to his knees. Rosalina stares in shock. "Demons don't protect each other. It's always been every demon for themselves. Wait what's going on? What am I doing?" Rosalina says. "Good question. I wish I knew the answer." Leo says as he collapses. Rosalina looks at him with tears in her eyes. She rushes over to him and checks if he has a pulse. She feels a faint pulse. She asks for help from the demons to get him to the house but they refuse. They all walk out but the child demon and an even larger demon. "Will you guys please help? He needs a place a place to heal." Rosalina pleads. Both the demons nod and they carry Leo to the house. They all enter the house and lay him down on the bed. "Thank you." Rosalina says to the two demons. They nod and leave the house. Rosalina looks down at Leo and begins to cry.
