Ch. 6 Last Day

*ASHLEY P.O.V.*

I Woke up in Sam's arms, which in my opinion is the best place to wake up. I kissed his nose and his eyes fluttered open.

"Good morning, beautiful." He said in his deep, sexy morning voice.

"ooh that voice tho."I said giggling as I climbed out of his tight grip.

"Hey where are you going come back." He reached his arms out to me lazily as if to try and hug me.

"It's morning and I'm awake so I'm gonna go and change."
I went into the bathroom changing into a Light grey croptop that says MEOW, pink jeans, grey vans, and a pink bow in my now straightened hair. Since I went to the beach yesterday, I had blonde highlights and more freckles so I just put on a light layer of mascara and some concealer under my eyes. It was a little purple from staying out late.

A second after that Sam peeked like a spy. Once he figured out the coast was clear he walked in and put his arms around my waist. He rested his head on my shoulder as we just stared into the mirror. I smiled at the reflection and he did too.

"You look beautiful!" He said. My cheeks turned a heated red as I looked down at the make up on the counter.

"What if I was changing when you came in?" I asked, starting to organize my makeup it's an OCD thing.

"I most likely wouldn't have minded." he smirked and looked at me through the mirror. I pushed his chest and pretended to be mad.

"Eww perv." I said then smiled. I couldn't help smiling when I saw those rosy cheeks.

It was quiet for a while, me looking at him and him looking at me. His dark brown curls messed up from sleeping on them. his chocolate brown eyes practically glowing from his pale skin. this boy is beautiful and yet we aren't even dating yet.

"You know you haven't asked me yet.." I said nervously looking everywhere but him. he noticed my nervousness and caught on.

"okay.. Ash, Will you be my girlfriend? It's just that I have liked you for awhile and I think your beautiful in every way even though I just met you I would-"

I cut him off by kissing him. A small light one but it still made fireworks go off. I pulled away from his soft lips soon after.

"I'll take that as a yes." He laughed a little too. We were still in each others embrace when Caroline came in.

"Oh, sorry guys. I just needed to get my makeup, and-" She stopped wen she noticed us. She looked at us up and down then from Sam to me. I watched as a smirk slid across her face noticing what was just happening.

"Wait no. Caroline it's not what it looks-". She put her hand up signaling for me to stop.

Then Caroline gave me the same look I gave her yesterday. The you're-going-to-tell-me-everything-later look.I just rolled my eyes and nodded.
"I guess I'll leave you two alone sorry for.. interrupting." she smirked once more than happily bounded away closing the door behind her. She's most likely telling everyone.

*SAM P.O.V.*

"I love the name Ash." I said as we walked out of the bathroom hand in hand. I put on a sweatshirt over my shorts.

"Well it's just a nick name. Three letters out of the six in my name." She said plopping herself down on the bed. she looked up at me as I straightened my hair.

"I don't know I think it soots you well." I said running my fingers through my hair. (see what I did there😉)"Anyways what do you want to do this week?"

"Actually tomorrow I am leaving to go back home...." she said solemnly. she looked down at her fingers which she was picking at.

I felt like I had just been shot.

Tomorrow? But that's so soon!

I picked up her chin with my hand so she could look at me. I could see the sadness in her eyes. she didn't want to leave either. I grabbed her hand and intertwined our fingers, making her smile.

"Well than let's make today special."
