"Who dares lay a finger on my personal guard?": the prince asked angrily.
"I am fine your Majesty. Please do not trouble the king."
"This is truly unfair! Why is he always the one in the right?!": the young prince questioned everything in frustration.
This kid legit has some anger issues there. I thought to myself as a book was thrown straight through me.
"I'm sorry that I didn't manage to take your majesty to the ponds to see the frogs. Please forgive me.": he apologized and kneeled down, making him stop.
Finally setting the heavy gold figurine back onto the table, I heaved in relief, wondering how much that thing might have cost.
"That is not a matter here. We can always visit it anytime."
"The prince has known about our outings and has informed the king. Even with all my might, I can't take your majesty outside anymore.": the white figure explained.
"You can always sneak us out right? Your my personal guard and the most skilled one in this kingdom.": he said with confidence.
Wow, this kid sure has confidence when it comes to him huh?
"I might put your Majesty in danger.": he said.
"Then-": he paused when the guards outside shouted, scaring me as well.
"Where is ****?! He shall be dragged out and be beheaded for having feelings for the prince!"
Having feelings for the prince? Now that I think about it, this prince had the same name as me. People always made fun of my name in the past and frogs... Frogs...
Flashback:
"I never got the chance to take him to see them."-----
"(M/N)?!": I called out, making the white figure turn around to look at me.The white outer layer then started to shatter and crack, flying away in small pieces to review (M/N).
"Find me Renjun.": his voice echoed in my ears.
"Find you where?!": I tried to ask but to no avail as the dream ended.

Waking up drenched in sweat with the unfamiliar alarm blaring at my ears, I quickly shut it off. This morning was very weird, there was no stupid (M/N) pulling at my cheek to wake me up nor were there sounds of food sizzling on pans.
Quietly making my way out of the room thinking that someone might have broken in, I inched the door open and stuck my head out to look around. Nobody was outside, not even (M/N) who would usually sit with such coolness on the sofa finding ways to tease me.
Speaking of (M/N), where the hell is he? I thought and looked around to spot a small sticky note stuck to the wrapped food on the table.
"I won't be here today so remember to confess :)"
A day without annoying (M/N)? This would be interesting but the thought of having to confess to Jaemin without his guidance had me nervous. It's not like I like being with him, it's just that having his presence being near gives me a sense of safety and reassurance.
Quickly finishing the meal that he made, I got ready and grabbed my bag before heading out into the streets. It was all too quiet as well, the sound of my footsteps only heard and I kinda miss his casual whistling as we walked. Half a day hasn't passed and here I am thinking of that idiot of a guardian, what is wrong with me.
Groaning in frustration, I quickened my pace and soon arrived. Passing through the crowd in the corridor and ignoring their stares, I was about to turn a corner when a hand was placed on my shoulder.
