Draco and I roam the halls, talking about anything and everything. We talk about supernatural beings, even the ones that don't exist in the wizarding world, we talk about what it was like after he moved away, we talk about our new friends (well, he did most of the talking for that part), and anything else that comes up in our conversations.
"Lumos," He whispers, waving his wand. A small beam of light shines at the tip of his wand, making the halls a little less difficult to navigate. While he laughs at a joke I make about muggles, we see a figure walking towards us. He's wearing all black, with a cape on too. He has pale skin and long, greasy black hair. Draco's wand turns off and he grabs me and presses me against the wall. The hall is so dark that I can't even see my own nose. I start breathing heavy out of fear, not knowing who this creepy man is. Draco puts his hand over my mouth. He keeps one hand over my mouth, and grabs my other hand to lead me away from the man.
"Who's there?" The man says, using the same spell as Draco did to make the halls light up. Draco and I run into the next hallway as quietly as possible, trying our hardest not to get caught.
"I think it'd be best to go back to our dormitories," I yawn. I notice Draco still holding my hand, so I let go. "I'm getting really sleepy,"
"I'll walk you over," He smiles. "Don't want you getting lost in the halls, especially not at this time of night,"
We walk together to the Ravenclaw entrance in comfortable silence.
I'm so glad to have seen Draco again. I wonder if we'll keep talking as much as tonight. I think to myself, hoping our friendship could rekindle itself to the way it had once been.
"Good night, Draco," I smile. Not knowing whether to hug him or awkwardly giving him a fist bump, I turn around and start to enter the room. He grabs my wrist and pulls me so I am facing him.
"I enjoyed catching up tonight, y/n," He says, rubbing the back of his neck. He pulls me in for a hug. It catches me off guard, but I just go with it. "Good night, y/n," He turns around and walks down the stairs, towards where I would guess are the Slytherin dormitories. I quietly walk up the stairs to the girl's dormitories and get into my bed. I fall asleep as soon as my head touches the pillow.

I rub my eyes to wake myself up. I look over at Cho and she's still fast asleep. Luna's beside me, making her bed.
"Good morning, y/n," She smiles, looking up at me. "I am going to go down to the Great Hall for breakfast, care to join me?"
"Sure, I'll go," I stretch all of my limbs to feel less tired. "Are you going in pajamas?" I ask her.
"We all do," She giggles quietly, trying not to wake up Cho. "It is too early for one to be putting on real clothes, y/n. We all go eat in our sleepwear and change after,"
"Okay, great,"
"It is quite nice that you'll be joining me, you'll be able to meet the rest of my friends,"
"That sounds really nice, Luna," I say. "But I was thinking of sitting down with someone I met last night,"
"Well, alright," She smiles. "If you need another seat, I will be there," She leads me out of the room and out of the common room. We make small talk on our walk over, getting to know each other better. When we get to the doors, I immediately see the familiar blond head of hair from last night. Maybe he'll introduce me to his friends.
"Good morning, Draco!" I smile, scanning his friends. There sat three boys and one girl, four including Draco. All of his friends look at me, then at him, with confused expressions on their faces.
