Cade came bursting through the door and slammed it shut like someone was chasing her. She had a flustered look on her face and rushed off to the bathroom in our room. I could hear the shower turn on a few seconds later.
"That was weird," Daimon commented, looking at the space Cadence was once standing in with his eyebrows furrowed.
"It might have to do with the fact that Tom was in the gym as well," I replied with a smirk having been the one who found his note, "Along with Phoebe, whom she was sparing with."
"Phoebe? Phoebe Tonkin? The actress Cade met on spring break this year?" He questioned with excitement in his eyes and a flush to his cheeks, telling me he had a crush on Phoebe.
"Yeah, that's her. From what I remember, she had a real thing for you," I teased with a smirk as I poked Daimon, knowing he was going to become redder.
"Shut up! I'm not interested in her. God, you and Cade are doing everything to get me to date again," he commented, shaking his head, acting like he didn't actually like Phoebe, which both of us knew.
"Well, maybe if you weren't so hung up on Cade, I'd let up!" I quipped back, pushing his shoulder slightly, seeing that I was getting to him.
"What are you guys talking about?" Caleb questioned as he came out of the bathroom, towel-drying his hair.
"How Daimon is still hung up on Cadence," I replied casually with a shrug of my shoulders, forgetting that Caleb had dated Cade too.
"Well, can you blame him? I mean, she is an awesome person, and I know how he feels," Caleb replied in Daimon's defense as he shrugged his shoulders.
"I always forget that you and Cade dated!" I exclaimed, throwing my hands up in defeat.

It was almost nine by the time Cade walked out of the bathroom, and man did she look great! She wore light washed Daisy-Dukes, an off the shoulder black and white striped crop top, a black beanie sat on her head, and black vans were on her feet. It was a simple outfit, but the shorts showed off her long tan legs, the sleeves of her shirt were tight around her arms, and her waist looked tiny! Cade always knew how to dress her figure to make it look its best, not that she had to work very hard at that because she was in great shape.
"Oh, I forgot to tell you! Tom and some of his friends are going with us to the zoo. They're meeting us at the restaurant for breakfast," I commented casually with a slight smirk knowing how she was going to react.
"Wait! What?" Cade squeaked, spinning on her heels to face me looking like she wanted to run.
"Yeah, dude, they're coming with us," I responded with a casual shrug, acting like I didn't know she was now too nervous.
