Today is the day.

Today is the Yule Ball Day yet Tom haven't got any partner.

Well, he don't want one...

Today was just a normal day with birds chirping, and the sunshine but the only different is the girls, chatting about their date.

It's annoying, really, for Tom but all he can do is to roll his eyes.

Tom stepped out from the Slytherin Common Room and about to leave the Dungeons when suddenly someone grabbed his hand and swing it.

Tom immediately pulled out his wand and pointed it to the person who grabbed his hand and saw it's Victoria Cygnus. Tom put down his wand.

"Cygnus... What are you doing?" Tom asked politely but deep down, he's annoyed by it

But instead of answering this, Victoria smiled sweetly at him, continuing to swing his hand.

"The weather is beautiful today!" Victoria said out of nowhere, still smiling like mad

"Indeed it is..." Tom replied boredly, snatching his hand back from Victoria's

Victoria nodded and walked away while singing the Hogwarts song.

"Look cheerful i see, you had a nice sleep, did ya?" Gideon asked Victoria who sat down next to him, looking so happy

"Oh yes i do, i really do! But there is more exciting thing than having nice sleep!" Victoria cheerfully replied as she put some food to her plate

"A new prank?" Gideon guesses, his eyes winkle in mischief

"Ofcourse no! Silly boy!" Victoria laughed like those girls who laughed about a joke their crush joked about even though it's not funny

This cause to Gideon and Corpus Siblings to looked at her in confusion. Silence invaded the atmosphere but this easily broke by Rhea

"Then what it is?" Rhea asked, breaking the silence

"Someone asked me to the ball!" Victoria announced in a excited way

"Finally!" Gideon rised up from his chair and walked towards to Henry "I'm really so proud of you, pal. I'm really happy for you too! You two would make a lovely couple!"

Henry blushed furiously in embarrassment and pushed Gideon off.

"Wait... What? What do you all talking about?" Victoria asked, completely confused

"What? No. Who are you talking about?" Gideon threw back the question

"Stanley Fend, ofcourse!" Victoria exclaimed

"WHAT!?" Victoria's three bestfriends asked furiously at the same time

"What do you all mean what!?" Victoria hissed

"You...You—" Gideon looked at Henry "You haven't asked her!?"

"I tried!" Henry defended himself

Henry looked at Victoria completely confused "I thought you don't want to go to the ball with that wanker!?"
