Chapter 12: Little Rebel

I'm just here sitting on the chair while doing some sort of music to my ear to keep me calm. It was midnight, I barely remember the time. Something came up to your mind. The past that you somehow forgot for awhile. You lowered your head from remembering it.

I've always wanted to be with someone in a relationship, especially when it comes to a charming person. Well... Do prefer the innocent ones but something tells me that I shouldn't. Why? I don't know, maybe it's because of my inner self talking about my past...

"I don't care! We're done!"

[ Flashback ]

I was in the middle of turning 18 when I met this guy that I liked. He was kinda my type of guy.
The guy who is kind, innocent, friendly. The one who always sticks by your side and will never live you alone. That type of person.

My parents never bothered me having a boyfriend... But dang, a lot of them liked me when I was 15 in my High school years. A lot of people liked me at that time and it slowly grows as I turned 17. People kept telling me I'm beautiful and my voice is like an angel, of course, none of them didn't know I was a rapper. A lot of them hasn't known who am I, what I do but just straight out saying I'm beautiful already. Until one day a new student arrives. I was already around 17, people talking about that this guy is a celebrity like which I didn't mind. Hopefully, it's a woman so this boy would stop annoying me. Sadly it wasn't.

I wasn't really! Wanted to have one but this one step out of my existence. It's like watching something fictional coming to real life. Had my hardest thoughts of thinking. Should I? No, I must pay attention to his personality. A lot of this rushed through your mind until someone pokes you to your head.

Akali: " Hey what the-"
You were stopped by the new student who's standing in front of you.

You were on your seat, perhaps he took notice to you? Maybe just the same person like the rest of them?

New student: " Hey, sorry to interrupt but would you mind asking?"

Akali: " (sighed) What is it?"

New student: " Are you the rapper in this video?"
He said while showing a video on his phone.

Akali: " Nah... That ain't me."

New student: " You sure? Cause the person in this video looks exactly like you?"
He said as he pauses the video, showing your imagery.

Akali: " Maybe we just look alike also I don't do those sort of stuff."

New student: " Strange cause she sounds so noticeable and exactly sounds like you."

Akali: "  I-I'm sorry but you got the wrong person buddy you should just move on."

New student: " Alright."

Classes have started of course... Another boring day approaches.

[ Time Skip ]

I was outside of University, currently heading home. Damn it... Our professor gave us more projects, add the 500 words essay that will be postponed on Monday next week. Guess this is how people suffer through this, oh well. I went ahead to home as I still can't bury that moment were that new student knew me. Damn it... Should've just deleted that crappy music. People are starting to go suspicious of me being a rapper.
