The young CEO sat in the waiting room , his hands sweating , his bottom lips being abused by his perfect set of teeth .

He's waiting for his husband's operation to be over successfully .

But it's been 4 hours already and there isn't a single doctor in sight .

It's soon going to be 2:30 am in the morning and the night shift's going to be over .

Meaning , the doctors working this shift will leave soon .

Chances are they are going to be over with the operation already ?

The sound of boots echoed in the massive room , the CEO peered to see a doctor passing by the OT (Operation Theatre) , walking away towards one of the Chambers .

And , that's when he lost it as he ran towards the doctor , immidiately blocking his way , making the doctor look towards him with a confused face .

But he could care less .

His 6 year old son is all alone home , waiting for him and his husband .

"Doctor" He breathed out . "How is my husband ?"

The doctor's puzzled look didn't go away , but he still decided not to disappoint him . "Sir , if you could kindly tell me your husband's name and under which unit his treatment is going on ? "

The other male immidiately nodded ." My husband's name is Kim Seok Jin and he's under the care of Cardiological unit . He's currently undergoing an open heart surgery by Dr. Min YoonGi and it's already been f-four hours and st-still t-there's no news . " Tears rolled down his cheeks as the doctor handed him his handkerchief , patting him on the shoulder . "I'm sorry sir . But , I don't know about your Husband because I am not from that unit"

An apologetic look bloomed on NamJoon's face , as the other boy shook his head ,giving him a much needed hug ,despite being a complete stranger as NamJoon let his tearducts loose control for a split second before straightening himself , looking at the other male . "Thank you very much , Sir"

The doctor detached his arms from the other's body , waving his hand in a dismissal way ."No need to thank me Sir . It's my duty to cheer up people . And please call me Jungkook , Sir is too overrated ."

NamJoon grinned slightly ." Same goes for me . NamJoon is fine , though I think I'm older than you"

Jungkook nodded . " I'm 26"

" 28 here . I'm never wrong . Hyung it is then"

"NamJoon Hyung" The other teased while the CEO extended his hand for a handshake . " Kim NamJoon , CEO of Kim Corp. "

The other gladly took it . "Dr. Jeon Jungkook , I'm the head of the ENT (Ears , Nose and Throat) department in this hospital ."

The handshake lasted barely a sec as NamJoon remember the cause of his waiting , his gloomy face taking place again .

Jungkook noticed that , immidiately wrapping his arms around his shoulders . "Hey , Hey Hyung , don't worry . Dr. Min YoonGi is my cousin and as his brother ,I can assure you he'll be giving his best ." He slightly patted his back . " How about I offer you my company a bit ? We can wait together at the waiting room till SeokJin ssi's operation is over "
