THIRD PERSON POV (never written in third person before so this might suck)
Billie's tear stained face popped up on Cameron's phone and he was in shock, had he known Billie was crying he would have replied sooner though he had an interview.
"oh my god! Bil, are you okay? why you crying?" Cameron says with concern laced in his voice as his face molds from a neutral one to a worried look.
"I... I dont know... what the fuck!" Billie yells in annoyance as more tears streamed down her face. She was overwhelmed with emotions. Seeing Cameron had helped her calm down a little more but not enough. Her heads tics from left to right and she tries to control it.
Though she was able to hide the tic attack a little, she couldn't with her tears of emotion. The pain came out like an uproar from her throat in the form of a silent scream. The beads of salty water started falling down one after another, without a sign of stopping.
"It's okay, just breath okay?" Cameron says with his soothing voice in an attempt to calm down his friend, "Follow my voice alright?"
Billie nods her head unwillingly, she didn't want to do so, it made her feel weak. But on the other hand, she wanted to stop crying. She had the need to stop more than she didn't want to do this so called 'exercise' Cameron was trying to give her.
"Breath in.... Breath out... Breath in... Breath out...." Cam said slowly making sure Billie was following what he said.
Billie breathed in and out shakily following her friend's soothing voice.
After awhile, Billie calmed down a she had stopped crying as much. They sat in silence for a moment. But the comfortable type of silence. Not the type that makes things feel awkward but more of a sense of relief and safety.
"Okay, now that you've calmed down a bit, would you like to tell me what happened?" Cam asks in a way that he thought she would feel as though he was not pushing the question towards her.
He didn't want her to forcefully tell him what happened, he knew this must've been sensitive.
Cameron had rarely even seen Billie cry in her life and he had been friends with her since they were young.
Well, there were times she would cry about Justin Bieber but this was different.
"I... Cam... there's this girl and..." her voice broke in the middle of her sentence, "We've only been friends for... half a year or so..."
"It's okay Bil, take your time." Cameron said understandingly.
"And... i... well... i like her..." Billie said with tears streaming down her cheeks.
What? This was all she called me for? Because of a crush? Cameron thought, well Billie could be a softie at times but she called him for this? There has got to more than just that, "Billie, you should be happy! You can finally get rid of that horrible girl loren!" Cameron said in a cheerful voice in an attempt to cheer her up.
"No Cam that's not the problem i wish it was that simple though." Billie says forcing out a laugh at the last part, "She hates me. She fucking hates me."
"No Billie... she doesn't hate you how would you know?" cam asks.
"Because i do." Billie said in an irritated voice.
"Billie you should always tr-" Cam gets cut off by Billie.
"Because she fucking told me. She told me herself she hates me." Billie yells.
All the hard work she put into not crying was all gone and tears streamed down her heated cheeks once again.
"She told me she hated me, all I did was ask her if she was going to the party and she just told me she hated me!" Billie sobbed. A/n smh Mykayla why you gotta be so mean to bil when it's Ian and Jayda who made you ass sad 🔫🙄
"Billie that's not your fault..." cam said in a attempt to calm down his friend.
"HOW WOULD YOU KNOW THAT?" Billie shrieked, "I just wanna know what I did wrong..." a tear slips down her cheeks slowly. "What did I do to make her hate me? I... I don't even know!"
"It's okay billie..." cam says, unable to think of anything else to say in order to comfort the crying mess on his phone.
"No it's not... I fucked up." Billie muttered.
"Billie..." cam got cut off.
"No cam! I fucked up! I have to make it up to her in some way... that's it! I'm gonna go to her house, I'll buy her, her favourite flowers, orchids." She muttered.
Mykayla had always loved orchids, she would tell Billie about how amazingly beautiful and how great they were, once you got her started on the topic she would never stop.
Cam's face turned to disbelief, "no, Billie this is a horrible idea if Mykayla said she hated you, she must not want to see you right now. Right?" He tried to talk Billie out of this mess but nothing worked.
Billie was already getting her car keys.
"I'm going."
