Casi had been sitting on her bed, crying when she heard a knock at the door. She decided that if she just stayed there that who ever was bothering her, left her to be alone. The knocking just got louder so she opened the door, to her surprise it was her mom.
"Mom!" She yelled at her as she fell on the ground.
She stunk of alcohol and sweat.
"Where have you been? You're so pathetic!" She yelled as she helped her into the door. "Dad! Father!" She yelled.
"Damn. He's not home." She thought.
She stumbled across the floor as the alcohol swirled into the room.
"Where have you been?" She yelled at her mother.
She just sighed as she plopped on the couch.

Hours has passed before Casi's mother woke up.
"I'm going out." Casi announced to her mother.
Casi applied her headphones into her ears and turned her music up all the way.
"I'm just a broken boy that no one wants..."
The music echoed loudly in her ears.
She shoved her hands into her pockets and crossed the street.
It was dark and drizzling out and her face was freezing. She couldn't feel her ears. Casi shut her eyes and felt the warmness of the rain fall on her cheeks.
They wouldn't stop falling until she almost got to the middle of the road.
A bright light had worried her so she turned and looked.
She left her ribs being smashed and her head hitting the ground. Casi opened her eyes and realized the guy on top of her.
"Are you alright?" A voice said to her.
She screamed not thinking of what to do.
Her thoughts started racing. "Did he save my life? Am I dreaming? Was I going to die?"
He held her for a few seconds more, she stood up after he let go.
"I'm.. I'm.. Fine." She said, reassuring herself. A word structure she had used to many times before.
