As I walked down the hall, you could tell people were talking. Those blond, fake-tanned California girls were whispering. Boys stared, gasping, in shock at what I had just said. Eventually at the end of the hallway, I was looking down, and saw a pair of converse, and skinnies. Jake.
"So, you told her?" Jake put his hand behind his head, and looking like he was thinking hard about something.
"She was being a bitch to me, and Cali!" I screamed to his face. He frowned, and I instantly wanted to eat my words. Jake walked up closer to me.
"Alex, " he whispered. "I can't do it."
"Do..what?" I asked, what the hell was that supposed to mean? Was he dumping the relationship we could have, but never did?I seriously had no clue.
"I can't breakup with her." Jake stepped back. Wow. Just....wow. What a player! What a huge loser, dating some girl for popularity. Wow.
"That's cool. Hey, wanna here a joke, " I questioned him, smiling.
"This should be good, " he says, laughing with his two friends.
"Roses are red, violets are blue, I can't believe I thought about dating you!" I shouted in his face. I stomped on his foot, threw his books to the ground, and pushed him back into the locker.
Just then Cali walked by, and joined me, facing Jake. She handed me her Starbucks' Iced Coffee, and as I always have done in the past...I took of the lid, and dumped the majority of it on his head. Then I sipped what was left of that, and threw the cup at his feet.
"I'm done, " I smiled, then turned and walked to first period with Cali.
