Episode 3

3rd Episode

I was with Dick, Wally and Kaldur at Star Labs facility, it was the time when I ended my daily internship at chemistry with my instructor Doctor Caitlin Snow. They came and told me to call Roy because he would tell me and not them where he was. So I did we were sitting at the secretary office and I called him from the Star Labs phone number.

"Hello?" Roy greeted with a question mark flowing around.

"Hey Harper sup" I said hoping that he would recognize my voice

"Oh hey Mandy" he greeted properly

"Good what bout you from where are you even calling me?" he asked his voice was calm he had no idea he was being fished

"Star Labs... I was wondering do you have any time I can see you either here or somewhere else I have no problem." I told him as if I was going to tell him THE secret when we meet.

"Not tonight I have some work at the harbor but tomorrow after your school I will come and pick you to go at Belly burger house, Alright?" Roy suggested, I could say he felt bad because he couldn't be there at that point.

I finished the call and turned down to see three pair of eyes to staring at me with curiosity overfilling them being apparent. "Well?" Dick asked me. He, bizarrely, didn't wear his sunglasses... I guess because it is just us, when he is around Megan and project Kr. I like his eyes. They are ocean blue.

"Sweeties... Bow at the sight of my excellently designed plan" I finally spoke, acidding the agony of what I am going to say.

"Girl tell us already" Wally pouted and threw a pen at me.

"Tonight, S.C. harbor. He is going on his own" I informed them and caught the pen in the air placed upon the desk.

"Alright what time is it?" Dick asked although he had a watch.

"8:43" Wally answered eating a chocolate bar.

"23:00 outside the harbor." Kaldur said and he left with Dick immediately. We had to suit up and be there in time so we talked with Roy. I wanted him so bad with us, we were always a team and without him it wasn't the same. Not at all. But with this bloody stubbornness of his he couldn't understand our place and how we wanted him there.

"I am going to go home I promised the little one to help her with math. You see finishing the elementary is a big deal." I joked and went out before wally disappeared.

"Can't Vic help?" Wally asked me, I know he wanted to go out we haven't done that in weeks.

"No, he is working overtimes nowadays, and they won't take Ollie's or Wayne's money easily..." I explicated referring to my foster parents and former league members. Zoe knew nothing about the whole league thing. Even though she knew Vic and Lennie are not our biological parents she refers to them as mom and dad.

Ι headed home Lennie had prepared dinner she is almost always fully briefed about my job, But she knows I am safe with the people I am surrounded by, my dad does too. Dinah and Ollie used to have differences galore with Helena and Victor, therefore now everything is over. I am glad to be the reason they finally get along... all four of them are great people.

"Hey you, everything okay?" Lennie asked as she placed a plate of spaghetti on the table.

"Yep, everything is brilliant" I smiled at her as I started eating "Zoe" I called.

I sat on the dining table with my plate filled as Zoe explained me what she doesn't understand. Unlike me she is like our mom the theoretical type, Zoe is more keen on history, and English than math or physics.
