Shouto awoke to a loud banging noise. Scratch that. It was banging, but not the dirty kind. It was more like -. He groaned. Zodiac’s bass boosted music. Damn her for being an early riser. He would have to slap her once he was fully awake. His eyes glanced at his alarm clock.     2:15 AM. What the actual fuck. He sighed. There better be a good reason for this. He forced himself out of bed, and brushed his teeth. He turned on the hot water and let it slide down his body as he thought to the recent events. He was heartbroken, but the pain he felt from it had melted away like ice once he met the others. Sure, they were slightly...different, but they made him feel better instantly. He ran his hands through his wet hair, momentarily pulling it out of his face. And by momentarily, I mean before he realised why he was up at 2 AM by hearing another loud bang. Shouto groaned as he finished his soothing shower, and stomped downstairs. The lyrics of the song that she was blasting became cleared as he marched down the stairs. Everyday life gets worse so fuck it. Zodiac seemed to be humming along as it played, making some sort of treat. I got buku bands, buku bands in my pocket. Everyday life gets worse so fuck it. I got buku bitches, buku bands in my pocket. Shouto immediately knew what was coming next. Oh fuc-. The music was shut off and Zodiac whipped around. Her golden eyes  widened  in surprise before she laughed sheepishly. “Sorry about that. Did I wake you up Shocchan?” She asked. He nodded wordlessly. “What are you even doing this early in the morning?” Zodiac shrugged. “Couldn’t sleep. I was going to make breakfast, but I think it’ll be better to just go to Starbucks later.” The multi colored boy nodded. “Definitely. After what happened last time, I’m not sure I trust you around the kitchen.” She knew he was referring to the sushi incident, which happened 3 months ago in October, but the memory was still fresh in their minds. The crisp, January air went through the kitchen and past the duo. Zodiac closed the window. “Well, we best be heading back to bed. The others don’t wake up until 8:00, so we have 5 hours at the most.” The white haired girl yawned out, walking back to her room. Shouto shook his head fondly. Some things never change. He went back upstairs and tucked himself back into his memory foam mattress.

10:26 rolled around, and they were outside of a Starbucks. Inasa picked them all up and took them there, for what was more of a brunch than a breakfast. “We should’ve eaten earlier.” Hanta whined as they entered. Camie rolled her eyes. “And who’s fault is it that we came late?” Sero huffed. Shouto rolled his eyes. “Just tell me what you want, you big baby.” Hanta sighed, then spoke. “Well, if you’re not on the menu, I don’t want anything.”  Shouto chuckled, then pecked the ravenette’s cheek. “I’ll get you a caramel macchiato. What about you, Inasa, Zodiac?” He asked gently. “I’ll share a pistachio latte with Camie, but get a cheese danish too.” He nodded, then turned to look at Zodiac. “Just black coffee for me, Shocchan”. After 6 minutes, their drinks came, along with Shouto’s White Chocolate Mocha, and 2 more danishes. After he handed out everyone’s drinks, and was handing Hanta his macchiato, the ravenette grabbed the other’s waist and pulled him into his lap. In response, Shouto’s face flushed a vibrant red at the public display of affection. Zodiac spit out her black coffee, wiping it off her chin. “You two were dating and you didn’t tell me?! How could you Shoucchan!” She whined. “Well we aren’t technically dating, but if Sho’s okay with it then we are.” Hanta relented, nuzzling the scarred Todoroki’s neck. He, in turn, flushed more furiously, before putting his drink down, nuzzling Sero’s chest and mumbling sure. Shouto wasn’t sure if it was the fact he was craving for love or if it was because he was truly happy with Hanta, but a warmth ignited in his heart. It spread throughout his body, making him feel like a gentle fireplace. If his mind wasn't tricking him, the others felt it too, because when he looked up, they all had soft smiles on their faces. Well besides Zodiac. The girl in question was grinning like a demon that couldn’t be exorcised. ‘She’s just built different’ He decided, and left it at that.

The next morning he woke up warm. Shouto’s heat rate rose quickly before he looked down. Hanta was nuzzling his abs. The memory of last night rushed to his mind. The bar, the rum, stumbling home, making out with Sero, this caused him to turn red with embarrassment, and then passing out. He put 2 fingers to his lips, pressing down gently. Strangely enough, he wasn’t the one that got drunk. Sero, Zodiac, and Camie had a drinking contest, which Zodiac won, but resulted in all of them getting drunk. He giggled slightly at the memory. When Hanta asked him if he was single, he responded with no, and the ravenette whined. “Whoever you’re dating is soooo lucky!” He slurred, leaning on the table. “You’re so pretty~.” And even worse, when Shouto told Sero that he was his boyfriend. He looked around, dazed, until he pointed at himself. “Me?” He asked lazily. Todoroki nodded, holding back a chuckle. It was a few minutes before the peppermint boy’s words fully sunk in. That was also what kickstarted their heavy makeout session when they dragged the three drunkards back home. As soon as Shouto laid his new boyfriend down on the couch, Hanta pulled him down for a deep kiss. To be truthful, Shouto was surprised. He had been quite the entire time Inasa drove them back, but now he was as lively as ever. The peachy flavor of Shouto’s lips mixed with the faint taste of Jack Daniels as he allowed Hanta to take the kiss further. Shouto was pulled out of the memory when Sero groaned, mumbling for Shouto to continue cuddling him. He chuckled, going back to Sero and his warmth, forgetting to check his phone.
