Theo POV
"Hey darling wanna go eat lunch?" Ruth hugs me from behind.
"Hey." I hesitate, "sure baby, what do you want to eat?"
She kisses me "anything as long as it's with you."
I take her to the Blue Hornet Café. And what a cliché.
Miles, Zoe, and Shai are here too. I said, shit, to myself.
I look at the menu, "hi Theo, didn't know you're having lunch here." It's Miles.
"Oh hey, what a coincidence that we meet here, huh?" I glance at Shai, she looks so flawless.
"Why don't you sit with us?" Miles said in a sarcastic way.
"Sure! Why not?" I smirk.
Shai POV
"Why did you ask them to sit with us?!" I can hear Zoe is whispering to Miles.
Well this is awkward, it really hurts seeing Theo with Ruth. But i think to myself, Theo is never going to be mine.
Theo POV
Shai is so pretty even with her red nose she is just flawless.
Ruth pinches me, "Theo, what will you order?" She whispers.
"I'll have a black coffee and risotto." Said Miles.
"I'll have risotto too but with cappuccino." Said Zoe.
"I'll have mineral water and autumn salad." Said Shai.
"I'll have pancake and cappucino." Said Ruth.
I think for a while and i said, "i'll have the same as Shai."
"Since when do you eat salad?" Ruth says and giggling a little. I just smile at her and look away, look away to the direction where Shai is sitting.
Shai looks at me. She is sitting across from me with Zoe, i sit next to Ruth and Miles. I smile at her but she just looks away. It's kind of hurt.
