Chapter 2

Shai POV

Today is the first day of shooting,  I am nervous but it's so exciting.

I heard Neil said cut many times and it is just tiring.

"okay, I guess that is it for today. Well done people, now get some rest." Neil shouted.  Finally.  "but for Theo,  Shai,  Zoe, Miles, Jai, and Kate, Veronica and I need to talk to you guys."

We gathered in front of the studio, and Veronica starts smiling. I don't think any of us had idea what is going on.

"Listen guys." Neil sighs.  "There is this huge house near the studio only about 20 blocks from here, we'll not that big but... We would like for you guys to move in, at least until the movie's done and all the premiers and interviews are done." i look at him amazed.

"it's okay if you couldn't or you wouldn't,  we've talked to the other cast and they said no. So who's in?" said Veronica in excitement.

"umm, I don't think I will. Because I'm staying with my family, and my relatives are in town too, so,  that's a no for me, sorry." said Kate.

Everybody has decided that they're in, even Miles too.

I think for a while, I don't really know them but, I felt like they are my family now,  Zoe has been a really good friend and Ansel too,  Jai is a nice guy, funny guy, of course for Miles, I don't need to reconsider him,  but Theo? He's funny and charming too. We I guess I'm in.

"okay, let me just pack my stuffs." I smile.

"yeay...!!!" we all cheered.

"and we'll be checking on you at least once a week." Veronica laughs a bit.

"I feel like me and Veronica have 5 teenager kids that we need to keep an eye on." we burst into laugh as Neil said it.

"well then kids, don't party too much." says Veronica,  we laugh and Veronica along with Neil left. "Take care."

"omg Shai, we are soooo gonna be best friends!" Zoe hugs me, I laugh and hug her back.

Theo POV

I pack my belongings. Phone, laptop, charger, outfits, and much more but I can't forget to bring my best friend, my guitar.

I'm a little excited, well so excited to spend the next few months with great actors and actress. I felt really close to them even I know them only for a month, I have great connections with them especially with Jai and Shai. Jai? I felt like he's my bro, we like the same things. Shai? I don't really know but we grew chemistry on the characters we play. And I have a strong connection to her. I hope she feels it too, for the sake of the film, I think?

"Theo! Consider yourself' lucky!" Jai is on the other line.

"what? Why?" I'm a little confused.

"I got to the house early and I spare you your room, it faces the beach. It kinda sounds cheesy isn't it? But mate, the views are amazing!"

"haha thanks bro, where's yours?"

"we're roommates." i can hear him laughing.

"wow that's great."

"yeah so, Ansel and Miles, their room is across from ours. Shai and Zoe, their room is next to us so they faces the beach too. I texted you the address to the house. And mate, the house is huge, the bedrooms too, I think it would've fit 5 people for each room. But it's nice, really. Talk to you later, bye"

He hung up, it's great to know that the house is nice and I'll live there for few months.

I text Ruth.

Theo, "hey baby, Neil and Veronica got the casts a house, so we'll live there for a few months. How are you?"
Ruth, "that's great baby, I'm fine, the fashion show was a success, I'll be on the first plane this weekend. Can't wait to see you."
Theo,"I miss you too."
Ruth,"don't forget to inform me the address to the house okay baby."

I love Ruth. But I don't know, I don't feel like I misses her as often as the way I used to or how much I love talking to her the way I used to.

But I need to throw that thoughts away. Ruth loves me and I love her.

Shai POV

Zoe is at my apartment, she'll take a ride with me to the house.  She's all packed.

"hey can I ask you something?" ask Zoe. I nodded.

"do you have any boyfriend or something?"

"no, why?" I ask her, confused.

"it's just, I saw it Shai. There is a little spark in your face when you see Theo or talk to him. You may not realizes it nor Theo but I see it." she jumps from the couch. I'm shocked by what Zoe asked.

"really? Maybe it was just because Theo is incredibly charming." I laugh nervously.

Zoe and I drives to the house, everyone are already there. And it seems like our room is next to Jai and Theo's and is across from Ansel and Miles'. I'm so excited.
