Chapter 9

Shai POV

I'm in love with Theo James.

"Good morning, Shai." Zoe wakes me.

"Hi, what's up?" I answered with my sleepy voice. "What time is it?"

"It's 9.10 am." She smiles, "sooo... a bird told me that Theo James kissed you." She burst into laughter

"Oh my god, rumors spread too fast." I shouted, "Miles really can't keep a secret."

"Why would it be a secret, Shai? I will finds out eventually." She put her tongue out.

"Yeah okay we kissed now let's go get breakfasts."

Zoe laughs again. We have ourselves some cereals.

"Good morning." Ruth smiles, "i was going to make you guys scrambled eggs but i guessed it's too late."

"I would have loved a scrambled egg." Ansel answered, he just got back.

"I'll make you one." Ruth winks at him.

Theo walks in to the kitchen, he strokes my hair and walk past me. Why is he keep making my hope goes high? Will he be mine?

Theo POV

I'm in Ruth's room, i need to break up with her before it's too late.

"Ruth..." before i could say anything she cut of.

"Theo, me first." She sighs, "you wanna break up right?" I was surprised.

"I know that you're in love with Shai. I can see it. And i also saw you held her hand while we watch movies and how you stare at her, i know. I'm in love with someone too. But Theo, please know that i never wanted to hurt you and i would never cheated on you." She continues.

"Really? Well then i'm sorry for not telling you about this sooner."

"It's okay, from now on we'll be on our separate ways. I'll leave as soon as possible." She smiles.

"Oh you dont have to, take your time."

"No, i wanted to. He offers me to stay with him so i'll take that offer."

And that is how i broke up with my long-term girlfriend Ruth.
