I hid my face from Tokoyami. I didn't want him to see me blushing.

He then let out a sigh.

"Sometimes, I can't figure it out." I nodded with him, letting my guard down. "That's Bakugou for you." He chuckled.

"Well, it's good that you're well rested and fine. I better go and help Aoyama with the plates." I waved good bye and watched him leave.

I placed the clean meat on the grill, sitting beside Todoroki. I nudged his shoulder until he noticed me.

"What are you thinking about?" I asked him with a sniff, watching the meat grill. He looked at me, then back at the grill.

"Why didn't you use your quirk during the..." He didn't finish his sentence as he watched my face intently. I noticed that he was becoming nervous. "The place was just not the right environment to use my quirk..." I let on and he nodded. I took notes on how he was so focused. I giggled.

"You're so interested in my quirk, Shoto." He looked at me. "I think... that with the right training, your quirk could grow to be so powerful."

If only he knew what I could do.

"My father trained me to hell to make better use of my quirk, Shoto. It's too powerful, even for me to control sometimes."

Instead of contradicting him, I agreed with him. "Are you excited for camp?" He was trying his best to continue the conversation. Knowing Shoto, communicating with other people isn't his best suit.

"Of course. What about you?"

"Knowing U.A, camp isn't what it seems like. They always have something prepared.." He mumbled the last part to himself, placing his index and thumb on his chin, thinking. I smiled.

"Come on in, guys! Everything's almost ready!" Aoyama shouted from inside. Shoto and I grilled the rest of the meat, chatting about everything.

"What are you guys talking about?" Izuku piped in from behind. I jumped a little that I almost dropped the plate of meat. It was so heavy.

Shoto noticed and placed his hands underneath mine, securing the plate. Izuku noticed and awkwardly chuckled, noticing the quiet and awkward aura that now surrounded the two of us.

I cleared my throat and Todoroki removed his hand slowly.

"You guys should come on in. Everything looks so good!" Izuku helped the both of us up. "Yona, we have seating charts inside. Can you help everyone settle? There's slips of notes from Momo with each names on each seats." I nodded, not quite getting what the boy was talking about.

Once the three of us made our way inside, the strong aroma of delicious food lingered in the air, starving everyone.

"Is everything ready?" Slowly, everyone started to settle in their seats with my help.

"Ochako, you can sit next to Deku-"

"Actually, Bakugou invited me to go and sit with him." She said with a huge, innocent smile on her face. Everyone was suddenly quiet, looking at how Deku reacted to her sentence.

It was now awkward. I cleared my throat. I was starving. Nothing's going to stop me from eating.

"Okay, I guess I'll go sit next to Deku, then." She giggled and happily ran towards Bakugou, who was already sitting down and ready to dig in.

He and Ochako chatted.

"Are you okay, Deku?" Izuku awkwardly chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck. "It's okay. I trust Ochako." I smiled at the boy. No one deserved him.
