After what Shinso said, I was blushing hard. "Are you blushing?" he asked, teasing me about it. I shook my head and hid my face. "You're not very nice, Shinso." I stated as a matter of fact. He and I laughed together.
-
I saw Shinso reading a manga, leaning over the shelf. I giggled and headed towards him with a basket full of food. He looked at me and then the basket I was holding with wide eyes. "I thought you were just getting a snack..." he said.
I grabbed his arm and we started to pay for the food we got. "What do you want for dinner?" he asked as he put his credit card away. I shrugged, feeling guilty. "You could've just let me paid." I said.
He shook his head. "Of course not. You're my guest."
"Then, at least let me carry the bags." I tried to reach for one, but he held it higher where I couldn't reach it. "Just let me handle things, Yona. You just sit tight and enjoy, okay?" I was a bit hesitant.
When he had his guard down, I snatched two fo the plastic bags, laughing. He didn't say anything and chuckled with me.
-
"Yona!" Mina was already making her way towards us. She had on this confused look on her face. "Hey, Shinso. What are you guys up to?" she peeked inside the bag. She grinned, raising one of her eyebrows. She knew I took interest in Shinso.
"You know what, you love birds just go on ahead." I face palmed as I felt my hands itch. I looked at Shinso and he was just looking at me. "Let's go to your dorms. My dorm is still a little messy." I said.
Sure, I was interested in what his dorm looked like. It was a white lie.
"Anything's all right. Follow me." As we walked to Shinso's dorm, I could hear Ochako's voice. "I'm actually planning on asking Bakugou, but I'm way too shy!" Of course, I didn't want to listen to their conversation.
"Seems like this Bakugou guy is popular, huh?" he asked me, leaning over. I nodded. "Do you like him, too?" I looked at Shinso, surprised at the straight forward question. I shook my head quickly, not taking interest in the blond. He was looking at the ground.
I was quite interested in his quirk. Yes, we have our moments, but it's not like I fancied him.
"Not like that. Besides, he hates my guts." I said while letting out a weird chuckle. "That's good. I thought I was too late." My head snapped towards him so quickly. I was about to ask him what he meant, but he kept dismissing the topic.

"I heard class 1-A was planning a party at Ochako's dorm?" Shinso asked as he chopped up the fish. I wiped my forehead with my sleeve, focusing on chopping up vegetables. "Yeah. I don't know if I want to go, honestly."
"Why not?" I hurried up with the chopping and placed the knife down, focusing more on talking. "I just feel like things are going to go down at the party. I don't want to be involved." He nodded nonchalantly, placing the fish inside the pot.
"You need to go. You need to make more friends." I glared at Shinso and he raised his hands up in defense. "You're still new to U.A. Besides, they really like you." I shrugged. "I guess. Mina told me to be there, but I feel like she can just hang out with Kirishima."
"Do you have anything to wear for the party?" I chuckled. "Shinso, we're just going to hang out with Ochako and friends. I don't need-" He grabbed my shoulder and straightened me up.
"Go to the mall Friday. Buy a dress." I gasped. "At least go with me!" I whined. He shook his head. "No can do. My family and I are doing family things." he said unconvincing.
