Principal Nezu sighed as he had his third coffee for the day. Recommendation Exam requests had arrived, and there were a lot of them. Even Endeavor had sent one for his son.

Just as he was going to close them, one particular file caught his eye. Hawks? Even if he was a new hero, he had quickly climbed through the charts.  He pulled the file in front of him and stopped as soon as he read the title. The Hero Committee had officially wanted this person. Curious, he began to read.

Quirk: Air Solidification 

The user can manipulate the air around them and make it solid. It can be used to make shields, swords, cushions and many more if used intelligently.

Special Moves:

Fresh Wings: The user makes the air around their back solid, creating a pair of wings that are transparent but visible. They can be used to fly if trained well enough.

Soft Steps: The user makes the air at the bottom of his feet solid, resulting in a stair looking construction. They can be sent away immediately after being used.

Air Bubble: The user makes the air around an object or a person solid, thus leading them to protection or suffocation. It can be used for both harm and good.

Sharp Knives: The user makes the air at a random place solid, shaping them into a knife. The effect of the gush can be controlled if trained.

Wrap Shield: The user makes the air solid in front of a target, protecting them as if there's a wall there. It can be broken with enough effort.

Oxygen Intake: The user makes the air solid inside of a person's lungs, effectively killing them or suffocating them for a while. This move is very much illegal if not used in extreme situations.

Solid Whip: The user creates a long whip by making the air around their hand solid.

Flowed Capture: The user makes the air around the target solid in the shape of a cage, effectively capturing them.

Status:  Currently being trained to be a special agent. Has obtained a license.

Nezu hummed in thought as he read the information. As always, the commotion was treating the teen as their object. Not a surprise. They were greedy after all. He smiled wickedly as he thought about all the fun he would have.

If the boy passed the exam—he had no doubt he wouldn't with the kind of training the bureau did—Nezu would place him in 1A. He was curious on how Aizawa would handle this.

Oh yes, terribly fun indeed.

Hiroto blinked groggily as he moved his hand, trying to reach his alarm clock. Giving up, he made a slash motion. The alarm clock stopped suddenly as a knife cut through it.
