chapter 7

tw: we almost get hurt by Blaise

when we got into the train on the way home, cedric started talking. "y/n, i can't wait until the ball. listen i don't know what your reaction is going to me but i don't care anymore. y/n i'm in love with you. i have been since the moment we met. when we smelled eachother in the amortentia, i knew you liked me too. and then when we kissed at the astronomy tower, that was the best day of my life. so would you like to be my girlfriend?" i was in shock. i was speechless. my jaw hung while i tried to think of an answer. he stared into my green eyes. "cedric i would love to!l" i almost screamed. he hugged me for a good few minutes and then kissed me. once we got to the castle, maddie snd nara came up to us. "we're having a party in the gryffindor common room at 9" nara said. "you guys better be there it's going to be so fun!" maddie said. "we'll be there." i smiled.

-time skip to 8:45-

i looked over at the clock and realized i had 15 minutes to get ready. i leaped out of bed and changed into a white cropped top and black pleated skirt. i put on minimal makeup but then i saw my red lipstick.. i ended up doing some dramatic makeup with a deep red lip. i walked over to the gryffindor common room. when i walked in i realized it wasn't the party i had in mind. there was butter beer, pumpkin juice liquor, fireball and what looked like cherry shooters. i looked around and saw nara snogging harry on the couch. i laughed at them and continued looking around the room. students were snogging and drinking everywhere. fred and george chugging bottles of fireball. i looked over to see maddie and louis awkwardly talking. then my eyes met cedric. he was drinking butter beer and talking to his friends. when he noticed me he waled over to me and grabbed me a butterbeer. "hi" i said, smiling. "hello love. i love your makeup." he said while tucking a peice of my hair behind my ear. 'thanks" i said while taking the butterbeer he got me and we went to go play beer pong and other drinking games.i went a little crazy on the pumpkin liquor. i got very drunk, so much i started singing "jessies girl" at the top of my lungs on the coffee table. cedric was laughing his head off. i was taking shooter after shooter. cedric went to the bathrom as i reached the peak of my drunkness. i blacked out.

next thing i knew, blaise zabini picked me up and tried to carry me somewhere, when cedric ran over and punched blaise in the nose, breaking it. blaise threw mw across the room and a fistfight erupted between them. harry and his frienf cole started fighting blaise with cedric and draco and crabbe went to help blaise. cedric harry and cole won. cedric ran  over to me and picked me up. i was out cold. he brought me to his dorm and laid me on his bed. he sat beside me. he was worried about me because blaise threw me and i few into a wall. he stroked my hair. i woke up and cedric leaned over and just hugged me. we didnt say a word, we just hugged. afterr a few minutes i decided to break the silence, "ced what happened?" "well, you were absoloutley drunk and blaise tried to um.. well i dont know what he wanted to do,but whatever it was it wasnt going to be good. i punched him and that broke out a fight. im so sorry love" he said. "thank you" i said as i started to cry. cedric layed down beside me and held me in his arms, i cried on his shoulder as we cuddled. when i finished crying i kissed him on the cheeck and we cuddled, all night. i woke up the next morning with a pounding headache. i was hungover. i turned over to cedric. he was asleep. god he was so cute. you kissed his nose and he woke up/ "hello love" he said in his morning voice which i have to admit, was very hot. "hey" i said, placing a kiss on his lips.
