Chapter 9

Ruby POV

I sing in the shower loudly, I don't care if someone heard me. I can sing when I can.

As soon As I finish, I put on a robe and went downstairs. Preparing my tea, who doesn't drink tea after shower?

"Ruby" I turn around and saw Cara. I stare at her then quickly give her a hug.

"Cara!" I said. I miss her so much. I haven't seen her for about 3 months.

"Hey" She said. I pull away from her and look at her. I saw she was holding an envelop.

"Is that for me?" I asks her.

"Yup" she gave it to me. I took it and rip the envelop open. Read the whole letter a d shriek with excitement.

" REALLY!?" I look up to see Cara nodding. I shriek and jump up and down.

"So your saying USWNT is coming here in Germany and I'm going to be their instructor!?" I asks her. She nodded.

(USWNT is United States Women National Team)

"Hey! Your not the only one okay! I am the instructor too!" Cara said. I giggle and scream.

"Oh my lawd!" I said. Cara laugh.

"When is this though?" I asks Cara.

"Tomorrow" Cara said. We both scream. I know Cara have always wanted to train with Hope Solo, I mean she's the best woman goalkeeper! And I've always wanted to train with Alex Morgan! I like how she plays and she have the best skills!

"Dude! Let's go shopping! I need to buy fresh stuff so they know we're awesome" Cara laughs. She nodded.

"When will they go back?" I asks her.

"They will be here for two weeks, since it's winter in the states" Cara said. I nodded. Yes I have time to get to know Alex! 

A/N: I know both the U.S and Germany is winter but let's pretend Germany is summer.

*At the mall*

"Cara, correct me if I'm wrong" I said. Cara nodded and wait for me to speak.

"Is it true that snow is actually sky's sperm?" I asks her. She burst out into laughing. I smile at, holding back the laugh.

"Ruby!" She laughs more. Everybody was watching us but we don't actually care.

"What!? Is it true!?" I yelled at her. She stops laughing, trying to hold back the laughter.

"You actually think sky's sperm is the snow?" She started laughing again. I slap her head, which make her stop laughing.

"Cara! You haven't answer the question!" We both paid our stuff, while the cashier were checking it.

"Dude, Sky sperm can be rain okay, it can never be snow. Even if the snow is white that doesn't mean it's sperm" Cara gave the cashier her credit card.

"Snow is made out of ice not the thing" Cara laughs. We both took our stuff, I saw the lady was looking at us if we were drunk of something.

After shopping, we bought new pair of adidas shoes, new shorts, new sport bra, new shirts. We went to eat at Nandos. I pay for food, Cara pay for the clothes. Good deal.

*Home*

"Ruby can we talk?" Manu asks. I sigh and turn around and look at him. I stare into his eyes and wait until he speaks.

"Yes?" I said. Manu breathe and closes his eyes.

"Ruby, you know I love you with all my heart right?" He said.

"Yes" I choke on my own word.

"And you know you love me back" He said. I started breathing heavily.

"Yes" I said. I feel so bad for lying straight to his face. I do love him but at the same time I love Bastian. Why can't my heart stay in love with one person?

"Please, can we just stop fighting? I love you! I don't want us to be separated like those type of couple. I want us to have a future together. I us to start a family, we could raise a child together" He said. I've heard enough. I know I've always wanted a child but not right now. I'm not ready.

"Manu, I'm not ready to be a parent. Maybe we could try next month or something" I said. Manu eyes had gone sad.

"I'm sorry Manu, at least let's us be free for a while until we're both ready"  I said. Manu smile and nodded. I stroke his cheek, while he stroke mine.

"Good night" I whispered.

"Guten nacht" Manu said and kiss my lips. We both turn off the lights and tuck into bed. There was a deep awkward silence but I could hear the cricket outside.

"Manu" I whisper. I heard him mumble something.

"Can I asks you something?" I whisper. Manu nodded.

"Do you think snow is actually sky's sperm? Like maybe he was having sex or masturbating and squirt down at us...do you think that's true?" I asks. Manu started laughing just like Cara. I roll my eyes.

"Never mind" I said and turn my face around. Manu stops me.

"No! Don't turn around" He said. He finally stops laughing, even if I can't see his face I still can tell he's trying to he his laugh.

"Ruby, you are true okay. Whatever you say, think or even guess is true because whatever my beautiful wife says it's always going to be true" Manu said and kiss my lips. Manu turn around and fell asleep, while I'm stuck listening to Manu's voice repeating the same words over and over again.

Sorry I haven't update in two days :( I was busy, I was going to update this evening but I had plans so yup. This chapter is a bit boring but hey at least I update a chapter right? Thank you for reading!! I love ju so much!!
