After last night's conversation, I made sure to up my superior look today. I wore a skirt too short for me on purpose.

Unbuttoned the first two buttons on my shirt and loosened my tie. Tied up my hair in a flawless ponytail.

He may have caught me last night. And had an effect on me. But I can mess with him right back.

With a way I know is bound to drive him insane. Watch.

I entered the Great Hall late. Making sure I could get as many eyes on me as possible.

I sat across from Draco and grabbed the green apple from in front of him and took a bite from it with a smirk.

His face turned red. He went to speak but his voice faltered. He cleared his throat to cover it up.

I could see Blais drooling in the corner of my eye. I turned to him and got an idea. I'm gonna make him jealous.

"Hey, Blais," I said, my voice soft and seductive. I wrapped a hand around his knee. "Are you excited for the Quidditch game today?"

"Only if you'll be there," He smirked back, looking right into my eyes. "Be my good luck charm?"

"Of course," I grinned.

A sudden slam of fists on the table made me jump and turn to Draco. When I finally saw him, he was storming out of the Great Hall.

Got him.

"What's his problem?" Blais snorted. "Never seen him so angry."

"Maybe it's cuz Anastasia was messing around with you, Blais," Crabbe offered.

"Unlikely," Pansy fired back protectively. "He's not desperate."

"Maybe not desperate," I smirked, taking a sip of my pumpkin juice. "But I definitely bothered him flirting with Blais."

"So it wasn't because you were genuinely interested," Blais scowled bitterly. "It was to make him jealous."

"Quit whining, Zabini," I laughed. "It's not like you don't have a million girls at your disposal."

Blais grumbled something under his breath as he returned to his breakfast.

It wasn't long before I was thrown into classes for the first time of the year. I entered the potions classroom and was preparing to find my own seat. That was- before I saw names hovering over each empty seat.

It seemed as if the names vanished with a soft 'woosh' when the student found the seat they were supposed to sit at. I found my name near the back of the classroom thankfully. Until I looked up and saw who else was at my table.

Blais Zabini and Draco Malfoy. After seeing how breakfast was this morning, I was sure this wasn't going to go well at all.

Blais came in first. He looked as if he had gotten over the spat from this morning at breakfast, which I was thankful for considering I didn't want to deal with his moping around.

He was frustrated when he saw he had to sit at the same table as I. He made one snarky remark before he was just silent. Snape had started the lesson already and Draco still hadn't come in the room yet.

I remember clearly from last year how he made coming into classes late just part of his brand. Part of the not-so-charming Malfoy charm.

"Today, you will be attempting a poison antidote. Instructions are on page sixty of your textbooks. I expect every step followed to the smallest detail."
