Chapter 18

I'm so sorry I haven't been able to update! We are doing tournaments for basketball and my cheer squad is cheering for them. I wrote this on my iPod because for most of the time I was on a bus and it was easier to have an iPod. So that's why it probably looks a bit different. Again I'm sorry for posting late. Now I command you to read this!

"How do you know him?" I asked the girl beside me after Zach left.

"I don't! He is just some random dude!" She said.

"Ok so what's your name?"

"Wait, you don't know who I am?"

"No why should I?"

"I'm Louis's girlfriend, of one direction. Does any of this ring a bell?

"Yea! I thought I knew you from somewhere!" I said. "Why do you think he wants you?"

"I have no idea! How about you?"

"I don't want to talk about it."

"Ok so how about is there anything I need to know about you?"

"Well let's see... My name is Ruth, my best friend is Rose, I love food, and I can bend my thumb in half." I said bending my thumb backwards from the second joint.

"Ew stop it that's creepy!" She said laughing. "Well not much to know about me, I kind of left my life behind for Louis."

"Awe that's so sweet!"

"Well it was the least I could do for him. Wait did you say your name was Ruth?"

"Yes Ruth Lee."

"And your friend is Rose?"

"Yea why?"

"Were you at the hospital with Niall?"

"Yea well I was hurt but the guys helped me out. Did they tell you?"

"Yea is that why Derek kidnapped you?"

"Yea he is Zach's friend. I don't know why he wanted you though."

"Well I don't know either. He needs to get a life though."

"I know!" Just then Derek burst through the door and slapped my new friend across the face.

"Don't talk about me like that!"

"Awe does someone miss their mommy?" She said sticking out her bottom lip. Earning another slap from him.

"If you don't stop it will be much worse next time!" He said as he walked out of the room.

"Are you ok?" I asked her a bit panicked.

"I'm fine."

"I haven't gotten your name yet."

"Jasmine, my name is Jasmine."
