Imprinted On You

You want an A?

After my last class of the day, which was history and I had that with Tim, Bellamy and Clara so that was a great class.

Tim was very funny, cracking jokes the whole time causing Clara and I to laugh that we almost got in trouble and the teacher almost didn't sign my paper.

Bellamy was quiet and was kinda glaring at me or Quil, I wasn't sure but he wouldn't talk to either of us the whole class.

I walked into the office and up to Ms.Net, and dug through my bag.

"Hey Melissa, how was your first day?"

I smiled and laid my paper down on the counter, "it was fine, I met lots of friends and I have some great teachers"

Ms.Net smiled as she grabbed the paper "that's good and that means you'll just keep having good days"

I smiled at her, I can't tell if she's just nice to me because of what she read or if she's just a nice person "well I gotta go catch the bus, bye" I turned to walked out the office when she stopped me.

"Oh Melissa, Mr. jones didn't sign his part... was there a problem in class?"

I sighed, really? he gave me the paper back without signing it? I turned and grabbed the paper... sure enough his box that he was suppose to sign was empty.

"No there wasn't a problem, I guess he didn't sign... I'll be right back"

No need to wait until tomorrow, might as well just get this done "okay, I'll be here"

I walked out the office and back to Mr. Jones classroom even though I just wanted to go home finish my homework, and sleep.

I got by his door and knocked, lets just make this quick.

Knock knock

"Come in!"

I took a deep breath and walked in the class. Most of the lights were off except the one over Mr.Jones desk, where he was sitting grading some papers.

"Um.. hi, I'm in your first period, Mel-"

"Melissa May! yes I remember you, of course come in!"

I smiled and walked over, I can see I'm going to be the teachers favorite.

"Yea, well you forgot to sign my paper"

He smiled and smacked his forehead "oh did I? well I'll just sign it now"

I didn't like the way he was saying that, so I bit my lip and walked up to his desk and held out the paper.

Mr. Jones reached for the paper but instead of grabbing the paper he grabbed my wrist and yanked me closer causing me to gasp.

"Be a good girl if you want an A"

-should I let Mr. Jones have his way with Melissa or Naw?
