Emma Pt.1

I was going to Mr. Johnson 's office, and at the same time, I was really excited but nervous. I knocked on the door.

"Come in"

"Hi!"

"Hey Waverly so I have something to talk to you about. Please have a seat"

"Okay (clears throat)"

"Before we start, how was your day"

"Ohhh ummm... It's been great so far. How about yours?"

"Eehhh my day goes the same everyday. I wake up, work, sleep"

"(Laughs) Really?"

"Yeah, but I do what I love so I'm fine with it"

"That's really great"

"Yeah (laughs) Anyways I want talk to you about something. I don't know if it's a good or a bad news for you."

"I'm sure it'll be fine"

"I hope so... We have a job for you"

"Really? That's great!"

"Yeah but the twist is.... You will be assigned in Seattle"

"(Clears throat) I'm sorry What again?" I ask politely.

"We have a job for you but you will be assigned in Seattle."

"Oh.. and how long will this be for?"

"For about 6 months or so, Don't worry I will be giving you the details and papers"

"(Clears throat)"

"I'll give you time to think about this okay?"

"Yeah....o-of course"

"Okay great..."

"Anyways, as of the moment I need you to fill some paper work. I'll let Emma lead the way to your cubicle"

"Okay thank you so much"

"Hi I'm Emma! Nice to meet you"

"Hey I'm Waverly, nice to meet you too"

Emma started doing small talk when we got out of Mr. Johnson 's office and I really enjoyed it because she sounds so friendly and outgoing.

"So... is this your first time here?"

"Mmmmm...It's my second, I went here 4 days ago"

"Oh wait, you're Waverly Earp?"

"(Chuckles) Yea, h-how do you know me?"

"Well.....It's really easy to know who you are when you are basically on the internet with Nicole Haught."

"Ooohh..."

"Yeah, but don't worry I got your back. If you need any help on your papers call me"

"You're an engineer aswell?"

"Not really... I'm Mr. Johnson's assistant and I kinda got the hang of doing paper works for you guys"

"That's really amazing, how long have you been working here?"

"About 5 and a half years"

"Wow that's long"

"I know, but I really like it here"

"Why?"

"Everyone is so entertaining that you're going to forget you're at work."

"That's really cool"

"Yeah it really is, it's like you are at school but with more matured people (laughs)"

"(Laughs)"
