[Name] snuggled into Gokudera Hayato as they lay on his bed. She inhaled deeply, his smell or maybe this moment was worth remembering. It was one of those moments where everything in the world ceases to exist besides two people. She propped herself up with her elbow and watched him as he drew on his cigarette, watched as the smoke he exhaled swirled around their sixteen year old selves.
"We're going to be together until we get old and wrinkled, right Hayato?"
Her small fingers drew an invisible heart over his own on his chest.
"Che, stupid woman. Of course we are..."
In the present time, [Name] clutched harshly at the bed sheets beneath her, tears quickly filling her eyes up to the brim and then falling hotly down her cheeks. Remembering him hurt, it was way too painful. She should get so drunk that she couldn't remember anything until tomorrow, but she couldn't, wouldn't. She looked through teary eyes at the half empty bedroom around her.
All of Hayato's things were gone. Especially the ten years they had spent together.
She lifelessly stood up from the bed and walked over to the nightstand behind her, on the side of the bed, and looked down at the picture of her and Hayato from when they were fourteen years old, and happy.
Her hand reached out for the frame and in a matter of seconds she had threw it roughly against the wall and watched as it shattered into millions of pieces. Just like her relationship with Gokudera Hayato had.
She whimpered as she leaned against the wall and slid down to the carpeted floor beneath her. She looked down toward the busted picture frame, her hair hiding a face that was crying silent tears, then she held on to her stomach. She never got to tell him, but she didn't need to anymore. He had already told her he didn't want anything to do with her. Well, this was half her.
Her sob came out choked, "You bastard, you lied..."

Gokudera Hayato sat at a bar in a rundown area of town, room temperature whiskey scorching itself down his throat, nicotine filling his lungs. In all honesty, he really shouldn't be getting drunk right now. A lot of fucked up things happen we he gets drunk.
The head board banged against the wall, some unknown woman scratched and clawed at his back.
"Hay-hayato...?"
He heard a familiar voice whimper out his name. When he looked behind him he saw her standing there, hand on the doorknob to their room. Tears streaming down her face and a look of hellish hurt that he'd never forget, no matter how much he had drank that night.
He quickly stood up from the bed and grabbed his pants, the woman in the bed scampered for the cover to hide herself, either in shame or fear of being caught.
"[Name], I can explain.." But, really, what could he explain? It was exactly how it looked like. He had gotten drunk at his usual bar, met a woman, brought her home and fucked her. He had cheated.
[Name]'s hurt expression turned into one of determination. "You don't have to explain anything to me Hayato."
She took off the shiny engagement ring around her left ring finger and glanced at it one more time before she chucked it at the whore in their bed. The whore screamed in pain and Hayato stared at [Name], he didn't move, not once.
"I'm going out. I don't want to see you here when I get back.."
And that's what she did...
Gokudera sighed as he swished the alcohol around in his glass before taking another sip. He really couldn't tell you why he had done that to [Name]. Maybe he was getting bored with their relationship, maybe he just wanted more, but whatever it was he knew she deserved better than him.
*-*-*-*
A loud knock on the front door brought [Name] out of her crying stupor. She quickly strode to the door while wiping the tears off her face as best as she could.
That better not be that bastard, I'll show him.
She picked up a large umbrella by the door ready to swing if it was Gokudera Hayato. She really didn't think when she opened the door and swung the umbrella at the vistor anyways. Thankfully, it was stopped by a hand reaching out to stop it from hitting the face that was right behind it.
When she noticed it was Hibari Kyoya she sighed in relief and let go of the umbrella. As soon as the umbrella hit the floor, words were flowing out of Hibari's mouth.
"Not going to ask. Is the idiot home?"
"That idiot no longer lives here," she said through clenched teeth.
Hibari was about to make a run for it as soon as he saw the tears falling from her eyes, but he was quickly caught in her arms as she cried harshly into his chest.
"That stupid bastard," was whispered into his chest as her tears darkened his purple button-up shirt.
Hibari grimaced and pushed at her, trying to get her off of him so he could leave as quickly as possible. But, sadly that only resulted in [Name] gripping tighter to him and crying harder into his chest. He regretted listening to Tsuna when he asked him to go tell Gokudera about the meeting, but it was too late now.
"You're getting snot on me, Herbivore."
"Shut up, Hibari..."
That was the beginning of fate interfering into three people's lives.
[Name] could have only hoped that it would have been anyone but Hibari's chest she was crying into. Hibari wanted nothing else but to leave the snotty woman behind and get himself out of this mess. And Gokudera was drowning his mistakes in whiskey.
Nice one destiny, you really played fair this time around.
