Chapter 1

*Alarm Rings*

        I read my clock, and it said 9:32 am. I smiled as I got up out of bed because today was my 15th birthday. I went over to my mirror on my dresser, and looked at myself. I was a complete mess. I went through my clothes, and it took me a while to find a good outfit. I finally found something, it was a light blue and white tie-dye long sleeve shirt. I grabbed some light colored shorts and ran to my bathroom. I plugged in my straightener and turned it on. I put on my clothes and brushed through my hair after. I started straightening my hair and I was listening to No Interruption by Hoodie Allen. After I was done I put on a little mascara, and eyeliner. I looked in my mirror, and I looked way better now. I ran downstairs and smelled bacon. I saw my mom cooking in the kitchen and she was humming to some song. 

"HEY MOM!" I screamed in her ear, and she jumped and drop the bacon on the floor. "Kylie! Why in the world would you do that?" she said, she looked pretty pissed. I shrugged my shoulders, and picked the bacon off the floor and threw it in the trash. "Okay then. Oh, and Happy Birthday hunny!" she said hugging me. "Thank you Mother. So where's dad?" I asked. "He is in his work room he is printing something off." she said while making a plate. I walked to my dads work room and snooped in and I think he heard me because I stepped on some papers. He turned around and screamed "HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUN, YOU ARE GETTING SO OLD!" I just laughed and gave him a hug. "So what are you printing?" I asked trying to look but he was covering his hand. "Papers..." he said with a huge smile. I just rolled my eyes. "I think mom wants us to go eat." I said and he got up and agreed.

*After Eating Breakfast*

        "So hunny," My mom said wiping her mouth. "We only have one birthday present for you because it was so expensive." She said reaching across the table to hold my dads hand. "Yes, your mother and I know you are going to love it though." my dad said pulling papers out of his pocket. He gave me the papers and it took me a while to understand it was saying, but then I figured it out and it was a cruise to the Bahamas! I jumped out of my seat jumping and screaming yes over and over again. "Thank you guy's so so so so so so much!" I said hugging them both. "Your welcome. i'm going to have to keep those papers though so you don't lose them." my dad said holding out his hand. I kissed the paper and gave it to my dad. I ran back upstairs to my room and layed down on my bed thinking about what the cruise is going to be like. I wanted to scream because I was so excited. To keep myself calm I turning on Netflix and watched Super Natural. That was my fave show. After I watched like a whole season, I got under my covers and closed my eyes. Next thing you know I am fully asleep.
