Jack was back in two days at the very late evening and as he was teaching the horseman English, they stopped in front of the Count's house, then he saw one dark haired man in servant clothes hurrying towards them. Must be one of them. He quickly said his goodbyes and thanks to the horseman, then stepped out on the ground and breathed in. Am I going crazy or does the air smell like my Count? Nah, must be crazy. The footman was standing there already, taking his bags and, as he saw another man staring, he quickly smiled and bowed.
"Monsieur Jack, you are that friend that my sir keeps telling us about. It's a pleasure to meet you, he has been waiting for you."
"I do believe that he did. Are you the footman of his? You seem like a great person," Jack complimented as he stepped towards the servant to take some bags for himself as well.
"Oh, yes, I actually am."
Both of them worked in silence and in a few moments they've had all the bags in their hands and the horseman left. Both of them started to walk towards the house.
"And, if I could be honest with you, sir, I've never met someone who is a good friend of Count's, and I am very happy to see someone to keep him a company, as I can see, for a longer time," the servant added in German as they stepped through the front door. Jack saw another young servant just with blonde hair standing a few steps away from Weldon. That servant quickly took the bags from Jack and both servants quickly left Weldon and Jack alone in the hallway. Captain couldn't hide his smile, just like the Count. Jack carefully glanced around and, as he saw no one looking, hugged the other man.
"Missed me already?" Count hugged him back while chuckling.
"More than you could imagine, my dearest," Jack whispered as he felt the Count trembling under his touch. Seems like we've already got some unresolved sexual tension.
Both of them heard the quiet steps from above the house and stepped away from each other with huge grins on their faces to see the servants coming down. If Jack could've said it, he would. The valet and the footman were made for each other.
"The blonde haired man is Johannes, my valet, and the brunette is Gottfried, my footman," the Count said in a proud tone as both of them bowed. "Both of them know German and some English."
"It's a pleasure to meet you, sir," Johannes said with a small smile on his lips.
"Could say the same thing," Jack politically smiled.
"I see them both as my students, as well. I am teaching them geography, math and also giving them a bit of cooking and history lessons. They work for me as a form of payment," Count added while staring at Jack.
"You are an extraordinary man, Weldon, I've never seen people from this time doing things like this," Captain responded as Alchemist smiled to the servants.
"They are worth it, every drop of knowledge."
"Could I also teach you, boys, the English language? I can see that you can form the sentences pretty well, but you have so much to learn! I also could say, that I have more knowledge than the Count himself when it comes to geography, I could join the other lessons and help you with it," Jack said with enthusiasm.
"If only our sir approves, Monsieur Jack, we would be glad," Johannes carefully anwered while looking down.
The Count nodded, "of course, why not? Jack is a smart man, his knowledge is worth the time."
They both smiled to each other in agreement right after the servants started chuckling in happiness.
"Thank you!" Gottfried slightly bowed along with Johannes and Jack saw them both gazing at each other's eyes with lovely expressions.
"Stop going around lovey dovey and go back to your chores, boys," the Count actually rolled his eyes.
The servants started blushing with their eyes down, "We are very sorry, Monsieur Comte and Monsieur Jack," Gottfried chocked out in panic.
"You shouldn't be sorry, it's fine," Jack grinned as he saw boys' glancing at each other like they weren't sure if they heard the Captain right. "Being yourself is the most important thing to learn, standing for yourselves is even a better thing. Now, you actually should stop, what we used to say in my times, giving each other heart eyes, and go back to the work."
After that, the silence worked its way out as the boys looked shocked after Captain's speech. They did understand everything he said.
"Oh, my dearest Captain, you didn't tell me you are this approving of these things," Count murmured with a small grin on his face.
"Why shouldn't I be? I mean, there's absolutely nothing wrong with being different."
Jack's voice was calming to the servants as they stood there while trying to understand how can a man like him be so natural at speeches about... This.
"And... Yes, you two can go out for a few hours," Count added.
"Just be very careful," Captain interrupted with a smirk as he turned around along with the Count by his side. They walked upstairs without saying anything, then, Jack's palm found Count's as they walked towards one of the bedrooms.
Towards Jack's bedroom that was next to Weldon's, of course. The two of them already couldn't live without each other.
Jack opened the door as he stepped in along with the Count and looked around. So many expensive artwork, brown colors were all around-
"Jack, I-I didn't know if you would like it-" Weldon started while looking at Jack.
"Oh no, don't start. I love it," Jack answered with his eyes on Weldon, "and I love it more when you're in my room," he whispered in French.
They were still holding hands, the Count noticed, but they didn't want to let go.
And they didn't need to.
Another pale Weldon's hand reached for Jack's cheek as he quietly sighed.
"I hope that you do know- that you're the most important person in my life, Jack," Count murmured in French.
"No need to tell me this, darling," Jack smiled as his other hand went to the Count's waist. Then, Jack gently put a kiss on his forehead and Weldon sharply breathed in. Jack put his double chin on Count's white haired wig.
"I wouldn't mind holding onto you for as long as I am on this planet," Count blurted out into Captain's neck.
"If only that's what you actually want, love," the other man responded with a huge smile.
