ARTHUR'S P.O.V.
We were on a hunting trip my father had only let me come because I had agreed to take ten guards with me. I was only ten, just old enough to start learning how to swing a sword properly.
We were on the returning journey when out of nowhere a large group of bandits attack out of nowhere. They badly outnumbered us five to one, including me.
The knights each took down their five, but all except two, had been slain in the fight.
There were five left as my knights ran over and killed one each before they were slain also.
I was alone against three brutal bandits.
I took out my sword preparing to fight when the biggest cackled.
"Young prince, put that sword away you will lose anyway."
An arrow went flying out of the thick trees behind me hitting the bandit that spoke in the eye killing him before he even touched the ground.
A young girl about my age came walking out of the trees and the bandits laughed again.
She scoffed then said "If you do not wish to have an end like him, you will run and never return."
One of the bandits approached saying "Oh, but there are more of us." As at least ten more jump out she turns shooting the closest one it the eye again.
They started to become wary as she killed four more in the same way.
I looked at her quiver before noticing that she only has three arrows left.
She easily takes out the next three before noticing that she is out of arrows.
She looks at me before saying "Hand me your sword."
I did as she said watching as she flew into the fray of the fight. The remaining five men were wary of her as they circled around her in a rotating motion.
As the first man attacked she lazily parried then stabbed him through the stomach.
As the other charges her she killed them all until just one was left. He swiped her sword arm making her drop her- no my sword onto the ground.
As he swiped at her she ducked and swept her foot out making him fall as she grabbed his sword and stabbed him through with it.
She turned to me and smiled. She had black hair at the top that faded through all the brown and blondes until it was platinum at the ends. She smiled again as she gathered our horses and helped me tie the reigns together. We set off for Camelot me excited to go home and her to meet my twin sister Lilliana.

As we rode in the guards shouted that I was back relaying the message all the way to my father.
He came running out as me and Litra (she told me her name on the ride back as well as using her magic to light the fires, making it so my view on magic started to change) dismounted our horses. Morgana and Lilliana were right after him and all three of them scooped me up into a hug.
Uther finally noticed Litra and she went down onto one knee. She was wearing the same beige trousers and long grey leather cloak. Her bow and quiver were on her back and her hair was down.
"Arthur who is this young lady?"
" Her name is Litra, she saved me from bandits after all of the knights had died. "
His eyebrows rose as he told her to also.
"I would like to reward you. What do you want?"
"I don't need anything except medical care for my arm, and would like a promise that if my family seeks refuge here we will be accepted openly. "
My father nodded then called for a guard to take Litra to Gaius' chambers. One of our most loyal guards came over and escorted her into the building as I was taken back to my rooms to bathe and change my clothes.
LITRA'S P.O.V.
The knight silently led me to Gaius' chambers then ushered me inside as he waited outside.
The old man turned around and gasped at the sight of my poorly bandaged arm.
"Who bandaged this?" He asked
"Arthur tried, but I ended up having to do it myself. " he laughed then grabbed the items that he needed.
"You know," he started " you look a lot like my niece Hunith she lives in the village Ealdor, in Cenred's kingdom. "
I peeked up at the mention of Hunith, who was my mother and said "I am Hunith's daughter."
He finished watching me up and said " Make sure to change and clean it and the bandages every morning until it is healed. And tell Hunith hello for me please. "
"I will." I promised as I left running into the knight "Sorry!" He walked me back outside where Arthur was waiting.
"Me and some knights will accompany you back to Ealdor so that you remain safe. No arguing your shooting arm is injured. " I sighed and hopped into the horse next to Arthur with him handing me my bow and a swordbelt that I know I did not have before.
"Complements of my father." He stated before we left to go back to Ealdor.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
As we rode in Hunith ran out and helped me off of my horse. "Keep the horse." Arthur stated before he waved and left.
"Now you need to tell me the whole story!" Merlin shouted from the house making us laugh. And I did tell them, every single detail.

A/N: How the heck is the stinking prologue only 915 words! It feels like a million! Hope ya'll liked it

Edit: FYI when I read over the chapters I will fix grammar and spelling errors that I notice as well as fix the wording of some statements. So if the word count at the bottom is wrong, that is why.
