A Duty Calls

Everyone hears a calling,

But not everyone listens,

A voice, so strong but calming,

As the fog around you thickens,

Many choose to ignore it,

And listen to ramblings all day,

The few, they follow and find it,

And the rest are led astray,

The few who follow blindly,

Cannot tell the calling from bait,

It is then their efforts, folly,

Thy souls locked in a fiery gate,

The few whose hearts are guided,

Find happiness, peace, and light,

Give sight to all the blinded,

Bring end to thy darkest night.
