"Thank you for all you've done." My mission was done, to kill Daichi Nakamura. As explained by the Head, he was a dangerous individual. One of those people that can overturn the century.

Of course, it includes me. A citizen that shouldn't have existed in this world. I just had to be born at this exact period in the era, instead of a place where I'm accepted for who I am.

Not feeling any pains for anyone who had to be kill, hearing the excruciating cries of loved ones, and the gunshot echoing through the air, was how my life is now. Missions after mission, kills after kill, almost an endless time cycle.

I could see the teacher slumping to the ground, obviously crushed by his student's death. Sakura petals fell to the ground, giving a farewell to Daichi Nakamura. Rei and Kiriya came by me, looking at the dead corpse that laid by the trunk of the largest Sakura tree.

"Fuck you."

Why are we killing these people? Because they're a threat to this country's sanity. A simplistic answer gave by the Head; I could never get it. But the orders are absolute. After we kill them, they disappear from existence to become one of the members of the Disappears.

That boy wanted to live. Live for his loved ones. A luxury that we can't have anymore. It was too bad that he was born in the wrong timeline; he could had a long lasting life if he was born in a different era.

"Your next target is Nakamura Daichi. Goes to Tokyo Riyuu School. Age is 16 years old. His birthday is May 16th. Blood type is O. Full Japanese, his parents had died 15 years ago. Black hair and eyes, often wearing the school uniform. Living in Manami-District, Tokyo. Code is Unknown."

Laying there, not even one sound was made when the gun was shot. Only the cries of his teacher was all was heard, with Rei and Kiriya just looking in regret. More or less, this was his unmei, fate. To be killed by my powers, the power that has been tainted. If he had lived, no, he shouldn't live. If not, his life would be in so much pain and sorrow.

One shot to his heart. All it takes to kill him. Red circles shows the vital points, yellow points to non fatal, and shades of green refers to the condition of which the body is in. His body is a pale green, a symbol of death. Seeing all those colors that regular citizens can't see is a power that only belong to me.

"You're a special one, Shion."

Code: Trajectory. The power that was given to me ever since I was born. A unique power that only belongs to me. Able to traject aim toward certain places. It could say that I'm very powerful in my own ways.

I found out when I was only eight. Learning to play basketball with the older teenagers, Shooting 3 pointers with such ease, my shots were always 100 percent despite the counters. Even in school I was star in sports and academic, a student that always shoots for the sky.

It was a burden. My powers became noticed by officials in the government, and the gateway to hell opened. Going into such intense training, my body was in strain and pain every single day. I could no longer see the sky as the brilliant blue from memory. All was there, a pale blue that mocks me every single time.

In order to survive, finding out later on, was never to fail. And that remained my motto for a long time, even to the day I became the leader of my team. Rei and Kirei, my two companions that kept with me all this time. Having Codes themselves; Code: Intel and Code: Switch.

"Swear your name as one of the Coders who will triumph this war."

Codes are now the powers that were given to millions of survivors of the Disaster, most commonly with children. Half the population of those has been eradicated, but it was soon noticed that children that inherited the Codes can be as powerful as half of that population. One child had evolved and became our biggest enemy.
