Suffering was only half of it. After you got back to the apartment you basically spent the night in the bathroom waking up every so often to attempt to empty what little was left in your stomach.
Bakugo, the saint, stayed up almost all night with you. He attempted to give you some motion sickness medicine but whatever you ate or drank came back up.
Here you were at say, maybe four in the morning once again dry heaving over the toilet.
"Karmas a fucking bitch." You state leaning against the wall behind you.
"I'm not saying a word." Bakugo says handing you the wet rag. You knew he was thinking the same thing. How this was your karma for what you'd done. But he was at least nice enough not to say it right now.
For the first time you noticed a dull aching pain in the back of your head. This was the start of the migraines. "Hey Bakugo can you get me some ibuprofen?" You rest your head in your hand.
"You think you can keep it down?" He asks standing up from his position on the floor.
"I don't know, but I've got the starting of a migraine and I want to at least try to get something down before it gets bad." You look up at him and he nods leaving the room. Not long after he comes back in with a glass of water.
A little while after taking the medicine you headed back to your room. You were pretty confident the nausea was over with so you wanted to try and sleep through the migraine.
You relished in the soft blankets and sheets of the bed. Years on the streets and one night in the bathroom will make a person thankful for a blanket.
You don't lay there long before sleep finds you.
