At Malhotra mansion:
Time: 7pm

Manik: Mom, I want to give some books to abi. I'll be home before 9.

Nyonika: ok manik. Go safe.

Manik: ok mom. Bye.

Nyonika: Bye manik.

He left carrying some books.

At Murthy mansion:

Nandini's room:

Nandini changed into comfortable clothes, sat on the bed. She was scrolling her mobile. Voice recorder was in recent apps. She smiled looking at it. She opened it, grabbed her headphones and started listening to manik's song. She enjoyed his voice, closing her eyes. Her memories with him started flashing in her mind.

*How they played in childhood, how he used to teach her riding bicycle, how he saved her from falling in the theater, how he used to look at her with his intense eyes, how he used to smile at her.*

She smiled without knowingly and lived in her vision.

Priya was cooking dinner in the kitchen. Manik came.

Priya: Manik, welcome beta.

Manik: Priya maa, where is abi?

Priya: In his room manik.

Manik: ok maa. I'll go see him.

Priya: ok manik. You go I'll bring snacks to the room.

Manik: ok maa.

Saying he left.

While walking in the stairs, nandini was coming down to get water. Manik bumped into nandini.

Nandini: Manik, what are you doing here?

Manik: "I came to see abi and dhruv, nandu.", smiled looking at her.

Nandini: ok. They are in their rooms only.

Manik: "Ok nandu. BTW you are looking cute like a bunny.", said having flirtatious smile on his face.

Nandini: "Thankyou", saying smiled in embarrassment.

Manik: "ok I'll go and meet them", saying he walked.

Nandini moved down and drank water.

Priya: "Nandu, give this snacks to manik and abi.", giving a tray to nandini.

Nandini: "ok maa.", saying she took the tray and left to abi's room.

Abi's room:

Nandini knocked the door and moved inside.

Nandini: Bhai, maa told to give this to you both.

Abi: "ok choti. Keep that here.", showed his bed.

Manik smiled at her.
Nandini reciprocated a bit and left his room.

Nandini's room:

As soon as she enter her room, saw her mobile ringing. She took it and answered.

Nandini: Hello navya.

Navya: Hi nandu. What took you so long to pick up my call?

Nandini: Manik came home. So Just now I came to my room.

Navya: Nandu, I have doubt.

Nandini: what doubt, navya?

Navya: Does manik has feelings for you or what?

Nandini: "What? Nothing like that navya. What made you think like that?", asked being in shock state.

Navya: I noticed many times nandu. Whenever he looks at you, I can clearly see his care you in his eyes.

Nandini was shocked as hell.

Nandini: Navya, please stop yaar nothing like that.

Navya: ok nandu. But I think, he has some kinda feelings for you.

Nandini: No navya. Please don't assume anything.

Navya: Ok nandu, chill yaar.

Nandini: ok.

Navya: Oh god. I phoned you to ask about my assignment. But got diverted by manik.

Nandini smiled.

Navya: Nandu, forward your assignment to me. I'll make some changes and submit it.

Nandini: ok navya. I'll send you.

Navya: Thank you.

Nandini: it's ok navya.

Navya: ok bye nandu.

Nandini: "bye" saying both cut the call.

By the time, Manik spoke to abi and came to dhruv's room.

At Dhruv's room:

Manik: Buddy?

Dhruv: Hey manik. What are you doing here?

Manik: I came to return some books to abi. So came to see you too.

Dhruv: Ok manik.

Manik: So when did you plan to propose her?

Dhruv: This weekend manik. I planned to take her out and propose her in the candle light dinner.

Manik: Wow buddy. Congrats. Finally gathered some guts?

Dhruv: Yeah manik.

Manik got up and hugged dhruv.

Priya (from the hall): Abi, dhruv, manik and nandu come down for dinner.

All came down. Ram also came and waiting for them.

Manik: Ram uncle, when did you come? I didnt see you.

Ram: Just now manik.

Manik: Ok uncle. Bye I'm getting late.

Ram: What? Come manik. Have dinner and go.

Manik: Its ok uncle. I'll come another day.

Ram: No. Come sit with me. No more words only food.

Manik smiled and couldn't deny anymore.
Manik sat and all had dinner.
After dinner, Manik left to his home and all slept.
