Hey guys I just relised that I made Malika as the visitor to which is Anika's best friend and also Malika is as well as Anika's doctor. I don't know if you all relised it as well (Do let me know). So if you don't mind do ignore the fact of Malika not knowing who Shivaay is. The only fact is that Malika does not know who the rest of the family is. Hope I cleared everyone's confusion.
