UPDATE:
So Anika lets everyone know that there were 2 slots left to be filled. Now they could have guessed the answer by now because the answer was clearly there, but they were to tired to even realize it.
A: So 2 slots left who wants to fill them?
D: I'll give it a try. Hmmm...I'll say 'G'
A: Lets take a look and see.....'G' was correct, so we have PREGNA_T only one more space...anyone
Om: Okay Bhabhi I'll go with 'N'
A:(with full of excitement) Om you are right.....'N' was the right answer. So it say PREGNANT!!!
With tired and confused faces everyone was silence. Anika was the happiest one of them all and by looking at there faces she thought that they need time to digest everything in. The silence made Anika doubt the fact that she would put so much effort to surprise all of them with the good news. Anika's eyes were teary by all the silence, she thought that they would be excited for her.
A: Why....are all of.....you so....si....lent.....please say something
She started crying her heart out because all that came out of there mouths were "That's good news". With that said they went to their respective rooms for rest because it was now 12:10. In Shivika's room Shivaay went to change his clothes and went to his bed for sleep. When Anika entered she how cutely Shivaay was sleeping. She changed her clothes and went to sleep besides him with their backs facing each other.
The next morning Anika woke up first she told herself that she would not talk to anyone in the family because of last nights issue. By recalling last night she started crying again and went to freshen up and headed towards the kitchen to prepare breakfast for everyone. When she came to the dining table she saw everyone present there talking to one another. She told herself that she won't talk to anyone. Coming to the table she said....
A: Here your breakfast, you all can eat I'm getting late for office.
"Oh yes forgot to mention that Anika is the owner of a medi & pedi salon". With that said she was on the verge of breaking down. She was about to leave for work when Shivaay and everyone stopped her from leaving.
S: Wait are you leaving without eating?
R: Yes Anika Bhabhi please just eat something before leaving please
Everyone begged her to eat before leaving for work, while hearing everyone's plead she started crying and just walked to the living room while everyone got worried and followed her.
Om: Anika please wait and tells whats wrong
G: Yes Anika dii please tells whats wrong that you started crying
S: Anika......please you know it hurts me when I see you cry.....please tells us what happened.....did we do anything wrong.....
Before he could continue Anika yelled at all of them while crying like hell.
A: Yes all of you have done something that I could never forget, something that hurts me more than what it hurts you when I cry. Do you all remember what exactly happened last night? Maybe not because all you could ever think of was sleep. I'm sick and tired of all this, do even know or remember why these decorations or up? No, you don't because your sleeping minds toke over your hearts and eyes, so whats the point of me even trying to talk to all of you or making you all remember last night. So what is it, talking or making you recall last nights incident!!!!!
Everyone was shocked to see this side of Anika, because she would never yell at anyone, if it was her husband or brother-in-law, sister-in-law, or even her mother and father-in-law not even Dadi she would never yell like this on top of her lungs. She new it would affect the baby but she couldn't help but let it all out. Everyone wanted her to make them recall last nights event. But what they didn't know was that she would yell again at them.
A: So last night you all came in with Shivaay Singh Oberoi and you all were tired and when you saw this decorations you all smiled and were confused as to why there are decorations put up, until I mentioned that we all will play a game and guess what we played a 'clue hunt' and 'hangman' after 2 chits in clue hunt you were all tired then we all sat here and played hangman. The decorations were because I had a surprise for all of you and if you want to know what it was just turn around and see on the board!!!
Everyone turned to see a beautiful board.

Anika wiped her tears and toke in a deep breath and continued talking
A: You see this .....this was the surprise I was giving all of you last night
S: Anika is.....is this true.....are we PREGNANT
A: Yes Shivaay I'm PREGNANT but when I told you all about it last night, do you know what you all said 'THAT'S GOOD NEWS'. I thought you all would have been happy for me, but no you were not.
She started crying again
A: I would have thought that you would be at least the most happy one Shivaay. I thought that we could have celebrated the fact that I'm pregnant but I was wrong and the thing that hurt me the most was your words last night that really hurt me.
Everyone was still shocked to hear about the pregnancy news, how their words affect her badly, end up having her to cry like hell and having her to yell at them about the problem. But who could blame her she was excited to she the news right at that moment and never wanted to wait a single moment to tell them.
One by one they apologized her holding her hands trying to calm her down when Shivaay went to her he toke her to their room, he made her sit on the bed and he bent down in front of her on both his knees and he held her hands and creased her hands with his thumbs.
A long tear escaped from his eyes which was noticed by Anika, seeing his tears a tear escaped her eyes as well. Their eyes met and they shared an emotional eye lock. Shivaay held his hand on her belly and creased her belly.
S: Hi there baby I really don't know if you are a girl or boy, but whatever you may be I just want to say sorry I didn't tend to make your mumma yell and cry like that please don't be upset with your papa. Your papa is very sorry, I'm sorry my baby. (to Anika)I'm really sorry Anika will both my babies forgive me now and I am very happy to be a father soon.
Both Anika and Shivaay shared an eye lock made with lots of love
A: I forgive you Shivaay. Oops sorry I mean both your babies forgive you
