Amity's POV

Why does this keep happening to me?

I ran and hide behind a corner, I then sat down.

"So much for being a part of the emperor's coven."I said with a sigh.

Suddenly "She" showed up.

"What are you doing!? Just go away!" I shouted.

She just silently walked towards me and sat down.

"You're so..."

Before I know it I could feel tears running down my cheeks.

"Are you crying?"Luz asked.

"Look, aren't you happy now?! I embarassed myself infront of the emperor's coven not only that everyone thinks I'm a failure."I said as I wiped my tears.

Luz's POV

I really messed up, I thinked for a moment and finally I had an idea.

I decided to give her a hug.

"W-What are you doing?!"She exclaimed.

"You said you were feeling bad so...in the human world we do this so that you could feel a bit better."I said.

We stayed like that for a few minutues when she pushed me slightly.

"Thanks for...whatever you did."She said.

"It's called a hug, Blight."I answered.

"A Hug huh."She said sadly.

I took a deep breathe and said.

"Hey Blight, I'm sorry for what I did, you're not a failure don't ever say that and what happened there it was just mostly out of luck and besides that was just some simple magic Eda taught me, I can assure you'll do great someday."

Amity then sighed and held my hand, suddenly that weird circle magic appeared again.

"The Oath is unbound."She said.

Amity then quickly got up and I was startled by it.

"What is the meaning of this? I'm still going to be witch right?"I asked.

"A human can never be a witch nor learn magic but, with you I think....you will."She said.

She was about to leave when...

"Oh,and Luz, I'll do what we had agreed on after all you had won."

Amity then walked away,while I just sat there with a confused face.

"Uh, what just happenend?"

I walked out of the Covention with Eda.

"Whew, that was a blast kid, maybe I'll go again next time."Eda said with a chuckle.

I just kept quiet with a serious face.

"Earth to Luz? You okay kid?"Eda said as she was waving her hands at me.

"Ah yeah, I'm good Eda."I answered.

"You sure? You have that weird frowning face."Eda pointed out.

"Can I ask you something Eda?"I asked.

"Sure, Kid."

"Well, let's say there's this someone who you did really mean stuff with and out of nowhere they seem to be okay like?Do you get what I mean?!"I exclaimed.

Eda looked at me with a confused looked, she just patted my head and laughed.

"Whatever you just said Luz, It'll be fine."

I looked up the sky and thinked to myself.

"Will Blight really be fine then?"
